La posizione dell'appartamento, locali rinnovati e nuovi, il benvenuto trovato ad inizio vacanza (set per la colazione per tutti e una bottiglia di prosecco), aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, letti nelle stanze comodi, pulizia, disponibilità al check in anticipato per esigenze di smart working, abbondanza della biancheria per la casa.

Assenza di padelle per cucinare (ne abbiamo comprata una noi), divano letto scomodo e nessun appoggio in bagno.
