La struttura è abbastanza comoda per chi deve muoversi da e per la stazione. L'interno è abbastanza curato, ci sono piantine decorative e foto di Venezia. Il frigo in camera è una cosa comoda.

La zona è veramente orribile. Mal frequentata, tenuta male, poco illuminata, sporca. Entrare nel cancello e trovare le chiavi per entrare nel palazzo è stata una caccia al tesoro. La struttura, benché abbia vari servizi (aria condizionata, cucina, frigo in camera, camere con bagno privato) ha aspetti da migliorare: gli scopettini del bagno vanno puliti, perché altrimenti è letteralmente vomitevole doverli usare. La macchina del caffè è messa in bella mostra in cucina, ma non ci sono capsule a disposizione. Lo sciacquone del bagno della nostra camera restava spesso incantato e senza acqua. Infine, per rendere più comoda la preparazione di bevande calde sarebbe utile un boiler in cucina. Tutto sommato se si deve prendere un bus/treno presto la mattina dopo è comunque comodo. Ma se si deve soggiornare per più tempo cercherei di meglio.

We liked the appartment a lot! It was very close to the train station, 3-4 minutes walk. It was super clean, comfortable and cute. Very pleasant to stay! We had separate bathroom in our room, which was also very clean. Shared kitchen was good and dining place pleasant to use.

Only several small details could be improved: - The host was a bit late to give us instructions of entering the building, so when we arrived, we had to call him and wait. - There was no kettle in the kitchen. Coffee machine could make both coffee and tea, but we had to buy concrete capsules, which we don't like much. So to make drinks we like, we had to use a pan to boil water. - I think there was no wifi, we couldn't find any password instructions. But we didn't need it much, so we didn't ask the host. - There was no shower gel in the dispenser in the shower, but we had our own, so it was not a big deal. - Consider, that you will have to leave city tax fee in cash on the table when leaving. It was not confortable for us, because we were using cards and had to take money from ATM specially for it and we were charged some extra fee for it. But in total we still liked the appartment a lot, so it is very recommended.❤️
