Good, but could be better.

3 bedroom apartment with en suite bathroom for each room. Bathrooms had good functionality with both baths and showers. Location was great; just 10 minutes walk from town with its restaurants and good supermarket and about 15 minutes walk from the main cable car/gondola lifts. Lots of storage space with both hanging and drawer storage. Very clean. Washing machine and dryer in basement. Plenty of patio furniture for eating and sitting out. 2 car parking spaces - essential as there is no parking available on the roads around the apartment location. Great view of the Eiger.

Very bland and no character - think cream tiled floors and white walls without any print/picture or ornament throughout. Bedrooms were just that - room with a bed and a bedside table. Minimal furniture (2 sofas coffee table and a chair in the living room). 2 of the 3 lights in the living room failed (maintenance fixed them) and then the 3rd started to blink. Kitchen has nightmare of a cooking range. Electric (or induction?) with glass top and a magnetic knob to turn on and control heat - difficult. Good fridge and freezer. While there were over 30 drinking glasses, there was, for example, no teapot, no jugs, no steamer for veggies (but there was a spinner for salads), no dining table place mats. The compartment for dish washer tablet was broken. Got the impression it would suit a group who spent minimal time in the apartment and ate out every night.

The apartment location is in a walking distance from the center. The view from the apartment is excellent. It is clean, comfortable and equipped with everything that may be needed by any family with children. There are two underground car parking dedicated to the apartment. The Griwa Rent AG staffs were friendly, cooperative.

The apartment is in the ground floor therefore: Some different insects in the apartment, there is no door other than the underground garage door to exit the apartment.

Very bad experience

The worst hosting I have ever seen!!.. - First they didn’t send any emails regarding the location of their office and we waited for 40 minutes to get the location and she said if you don’t come in 10 minutes I’ll leave !!!! - when we arrived to their office we have 2 children more than the one i put( 2 & 3 years old ) at first, she said we will charge you for them then she refused and said “if you don’t show me another reservation I’ll close and leave and tomorrow is a day off so no keys “ !!! I told her to give me the keys because of the children and my parents who are old and need the bathroom and I’ll stay but she REFUSED! I had to do another reservation and she called them to check because she said “ I don’t trust you “ !!!! - the apartment includes 2 parking for 2 CARS and because of the talking between us she said you have only one parking !!!!! THEY ARE THE WORST
