Superb

Everything was perfect.

In the last 3 nights thay started maintenance work upstairs and I was not notified in advance and it was v.Inconvenience and after contacting the office the matter was resolved and the apology was resolved and they promised me to return 10% as compensation as if it was a very good initiative from them

Pleasant

The view was amazing and the apartment was spacious

The tv apps did not work (Netflix etc) because of an issue with the wireless connection and there were only Swiss and French channels on live tv. Also, wifi access is restricted to two devices only, which is not suitable for big families or groups. We complained to the management (interhome) but they completely ignored our emails. Lastly, there is no ironing machine in the apartment. You would expect the apartment to be flawless with that price!

Pleasant

The views and balcony were really good.

The unit needs updating (for the price we paid) the mattresses need replacing, small bugs in one bathroom. The unit does smell musty. They only give you one key which is not functional when you are renting a unit for up to 8 people and you should be able to unlock the front door from the inside without the key. After booking the management company sends you a notice for extra charges for bedding and cleaning with a long list of rules you have to do or they will charge you. Had we seen this before booking would have chosen elsewhere. We didn’t find the value was there in comparison to other places we rented in Switzerland.
