Chalet Heimat

Amazing property, with good size bed rooms and attached bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked with necessary culinary items, and we thoroughly enjoyed the balcony view. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Connectivity from the train station is not that great. Taxi service in Grindelwald is quite unpredictable and bus frequency to that area is not great either. Better not to get late when coming to the chalet, or have your own transportation.

整棟木屋有兩個熱水器，其中一個熱水器經常跳到省電模式，必須到地下室以手動強制加熱，等待1小時才有熱水。。我們在不知情的情況下，洗澡熱水中斷，產生了一點點困擾。 其餘大部分都很棒。

We were a group of 4 siblings and our wives. We loved every moment and can’t thank the hosts enough for thoughtfully providing great communication and even running additional shampoo/ over during our stay. Our stay was amazing in every single respect! We spent most of our time on there upper balcony. Incredible view of the mountains and Grindelwald chalets below us and across the valley. The night time sky was fabulous! So quiet as well because it is situated above only residences with zero traffic noise, unlike what it would have been above the Grindelwald commercial district. The 126 bus stops right at the chalet!

Don’t forget the buy a tax garbage bag before you leave the wonderful Coop grocery store in town. Otherwise, absolutely nothing we weren’t thrilled with.
