We had a truly wonderful stay and appreciated the wonderful customer service. Genuine hospitality.

Plenty of space and very well equipped. The daily service was a lovely surprise, to receive fresh towels etc. Really grateful for pickup/transport from station and our luggage was taken directly to our accommodation. Drop to station on our day of departure was also facilitated, and we were very grateful for this.

Exhausted with steps not realising we could access lift with key, which fortunately we learned on last day which helped with luggage.

Must stay in Grindelwald

Love how this is the apartment section of Eiger soul and mountain resort so there is daily housekeeping of made bed and new towels! Kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans with Migros nearby as well as Grindelwald First. Apartment so spacious and the views of Eiger all around so beautiful, balcony is huge and bed is soft!

Parking is paid at 5CHF daily

Spacious chalet in a fantastic location

The chalet was spacious, clean, maybe a little dated but that added a bit to the charm. View from the balcony was amazing. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Great location for the train and the lift to Grindelwald First.

The washing machine was not in the apartment but downstairs and needed Swiss Francs to use which we had to get. One of the reasons I booked the chalet was for the sauna but on arrival we realised it was a naked sauna (no swimming costumes). Not in our comfort zone so we didn’t get to use unfortunately. This should be clearer on the booking information.

Great location but villa needs refurbishment

The location is hard to beat, right in the middle of town. The gym in the main hotel is fantastic, the daily complimentary teatime cakes and coffee is very nice. Very spacious villas.

More furniture is needed, especially lamps in the villas. Villas are far too dark and definitely need refurbishing. Bathrooms are still 70s-80s. The sofas are not very comfortable.

The town is wonderful and beautiful

The place is good as Grindelwald smal beautiful town facing wonderful view

Unfortunately there are many things we are not happy about like the strict restrictions given to us by reception in written paper I requested adapters for charging the phones they block 40 CHF for this service The did not give us 15 % discount card for tourist attractions which been given to all visitors

Some bugs in my room and some parts of mountain view are blocked by the roof of other houses and the parking area ( pov from the balcony)

Comfy stay with a spectacular view

Wonderful view with clean, comfortable settings Easy access to laundry facilities. The staff is welcoming to have prepared a birthday card and candies for a member

1. The dishwasher was broken so there’s some minor inconvenience 2. No locks for bathroom doors 3. Only one washer and one dryer for the whole building, making it time-constraining 4. There were only four coffee capsules, not enough for all adults booked for the stay.

It was beautiful views and a wonderful stay.

The rooms and facilities were wonderful. The staff were kind and welcoming. It was too hot at night with the floor heat and had to keep windows open to keep comfortable. Wish more coffee pods were free with the room cost with 4 guests, additional were available at a cost.

Da localização, do fato de ter limpeza inclusa. O colchão e lençóis eram muito bons. O tamanho é bom, prático. Para quem não se importa com decoração mais velha, é uma ótima opção.

O chalet precisa de uma reforma e updates urgentemente. Móveis nada confortáveis e o teto precisa de uma reforma, além de cortinas velhas. O banheiro precisa de reforma, e um deles é no andar de cima, cuja escada nao é kids friendly.
