Location was excellent close to the gondola and train station. The place was spacious and comfortable, bathrooms were clean, the view was exceptional and the bus stop is close by. The kitchen had everything we needed .

The apartment has an amazing view and is fully equipped withe very helpful staff.
We had very dry air, so a humidifier would be useful.

We haven't received the insurance money yet, even though 16 days have passed, and the employee told me it would be refunded after 5 business days.

Location and house infrastructure. The kitchen is just perfect to have friends around to cook and chat. Also the showers were much better than the ones I have at my own house.
The CHF 80 extra charge for using one additional room that was not mentioned in the description. In the booking, it was mentioned 3 bed rooms and when we got there we had to pay an extra one.
