The location is great for Newtown restaurants and the train station - however it is VERY noisy.

1. The listed address is not the address of the property - it is on Station St, very close to the railway lines, not Enmore Road, but around the corner. 2. The picture of the garage sent by the host to help us find the property looks nothing like the actual garage - in reality it is covered in graffiti. I don't care about the graffiti, it just made it really hard to find after a long drive. 3. The door to the apartment complex was very difficult to open. It released 1 in about 4 times of typing in the code and we had to pull it very hard. 4. A copy of the latest building fire inspection report is blue-tacked to the lift wall showing 100% non-compliance - not very reassuring. 5. The door to the balcony from one of the bedrooms is too big for the actual door frame and doesn't close properly. 6. The beds and pillows are old and poor quality. The throw blankets had obvious dirty marks on them. 7. There's no coffee machine, as listed. There is also no hair dryer (but this wasn't listed). 8. It is very noisy at night from trains, planes, people in the street and traffic lights nearby that beep for pedestrians. Earplugs essential - I guess this should be expected given the location.
