excellent instructions from property entry to home manual
very firm bed in main bedroom and un comfy sofa bed in front room.
However I understand this is only our comfort preference.
The bedding was beautifully clean and fresh

Great location and clean
Couldn’t figure out how to turn floor lights off so had to sleep in bedroom with door closed and doing that prevents a/c from getting to that room

Great location nice and close to main part of Newtown. Kitchen facilities were good and parking was a good bonus - especially when having a car that is way too big for Sydney!
The mattresses were the worst I've ever slept on - only on par with the concrete beds of Cambodia. Seriously I don't even understand how a mattress can be this hard and uncomfortable. Thankfully we at least took our own pillows. The bath faucet/spout was positioned right where you need to stand to have a shower - this was actually dangerous the amount of times we would hit our legs/knees. Dining chairs are also super uncomfortable.
