Location was terrific and great to have a secure grassy backyard patch for the dogs. Nice and cool with fans in all rooms and air-con in the lounge. Clean and functional, had most things we needed. Nothing fancy for the dogs to knock over, and comfy beds. Good sized wardrobes in bedrooms to unpack belongings, and also good pantry storage space. Ana was really helpful, especially as we needed to check in earlier due to car issues. Responsive and prompt. Also very handy to have a free car park! The hooks at the back door were really useful for us- dog leads and haltis etc, super useful! Very lovely welcome pack with prosecco and snacks was appreciated too 😊

I was pretty happy with this place. If I had to pick something, I don't love showers that don't have a proper base. This one is like a wet room floor, it has a suitable long drain but you need to use a towel instead of a bathmat for the dry side, as water escapes under the curtain. However, a long floor squeegy was supplied so meant we could get rid of the water on the floor afterwards, so it was a minor inconvenience with a very practical solution. The broom isn't great for dog hair and a vaccuum cleaner is not supplied, but you can make do and it's not a fundamental problem really.

I loved that it was very close to the bus stop and we could get into the city easily and quickly. I also liked the provided parking.

The sofa bed!!!

Excellent location and a well appointed, comfortable property. In easy walking distance to the light rail. Parking instructions were provided - there is a private car park just around the corner. Coffee, supermarkets and restaurants around the corner. Well set up yard for pets.

Great location, comfortable beds, updated bathroom, lots of helpful kitchen extras, and secure backyard for pet exercise and rest. We were lucky to find pet-friendly lodging so close to the city during the peak holiday season.

It was a very hot and humid weekend and the unit had air con in only one room (neither of the bedrooms). Overhead fans helped but it was still quite literally a sticky situation in that extreme weather.
