Centre of Newtown 2 Bed Apartment

The location is amazing. Close to everything in Newtown and Enmore. If you are looking for a place to stay for a few nights while seeing a concert or enjoying the Newtown night life, then this is your place.

It can be a little noisy at times due to the location but that is it.

Perfect Location - Great spot, walking distant from all the pubs and clubs Large Space - Perfect amount of space both inside and out Comfortable - Well furnished, enough amenities

Parking - Even though it wasn’t apart of the property in the description, parking doesn’t exist, was told there was street parking but not a single park was as available at any time, the airport was the closest available paid parking. Cleanliness - Overall was a clean place, but still had all the regular apartment dust which could’ve been cleaned. Bedding had some slight old stains still visible which was off putting. Outside noise - Not the properties fault at all, really loud spot, constant talking from the bar next door, and noise from the nearby train station and planes landing at the airport. Sirens were also constantly going during the night.

Location location location. Great price. Great atmosphere around the property.

Water pressure is too low in the shower, but it’s wet and warm and workable.

The location of the property is close to public transport with bus stop and train station approx 500m away. There are shops and eatery all around the location The apartment's bathroom, bedrooms, kitchen and lounge area are large in size For long stays this will meet all requirements

The bathroom not cleaned as there were stains in the toilet Beds mattresses are to soft and sag with weight The main bedroom is located close to roads and I would recommend ear plugs as an example the garbage truck stops directly outside the window and is very loud therefore making any sleep impossible. They turn up several times a day We asked the host to drop another set of keys which he said he would, however failed to do so
