This clean, beautifully renovated Victorian-era terrace is tucked between Newtown and Erskineville - just 8km or 20 minutes taxi from the Sydney Opera House.

- 250 metres/ 270 yards/ 3 minute walk to Woolworths supermarket;
- 290 metres/ 315 yards/ 4 minute walk to King St, Newtown shops;
- 400 metres/ 430 yards/ 5 minute walk to Newtown train station;
- 650 metres / 710 yards/ 8 minute walk to Erskineville train station
- Less than 30 minutes (including walk to Newtown station) to the Sydney Opera House
THE HOME
You will have access to the whole house.
Downstairs features living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom with 2 single beds. Additionally, the living room has a sofa-bed.
Upstairs is the Master bedroom with a queen size bed and small balcony.
The Master bedroom has an adjoining sleeping alcove with a single bed -- particularly suitable for a child who may want to sleep near parents, though the bed is also suitable for another adult.
Enjoy air-conditioned comfort both upstairs and downstairs - something not available in all homes. Stay cool in Sydney's hot and humid weather or keep warm in winter.
- Fresh linen together with bath towels are provided.

Great comfortable home in a nice neighborhood. Really nice home base to explore Sydney. Only complaint was parking was absolutely impossible to find on a weekend night.

Great location! Lovely cosy cottage with all you could want! Quick walk to King Street and Newtown Station, parking not too hard to find - though there is parking at the rest of the property - you need a very small car with a tight turning circle to navigate it! The kitchen is well stocked with equipment. We had a great Easter break - will definitely be back.

Best mattress ever upstairs! We slept like babies! Great location, so close to the train, buses and shops. Clean and comfortable home. Great bath towels and bed sheets. Look forward to coming back on our next trip to Sydney.
