Located near the iconic King St in Newtown, our light filled urban getaway has everything you need for a relaxing stay in Sydney.
We have private on site parking in a secure garage and building with lift access throughout. There is ducted Air-con throughout the spacious open plan apartment with a sunny balcony just off the living area and a breakfast bar with stools and a fully equipped laundry and kitchen available.
The Space:
Only moments walk to Newtown's famous King St which is full of lively character with many cafes, restaurants, bars and pubs and is a destination for lovers of antiques and vintage fashion.
Set in a leafy, well maintained and secure apartment building, there is a private car space provided for your convenience with lift access throughout the building.
With a spacious light filled open plan living, dining and kitchen area with a comfortable lounge, two armchairs and a Smart TV at your disposal.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen has Miele appliances throughout and includes a dishwasher and gas cooktop. There is also a washing machine and dryer available to use in our on site laundry room.
The master bedroom has a Queen Bed with ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom also has a Queen bed and there is a main bathroom available to use. With ducted Air-Con throughout the apartment this is the ideal Newtown apartment for a comfortable stay in Sydney also located conveniently close to either St Peters or Newtown train stations which are nearby.
This is a very central Inner west location, within an easy 10 min walk to Enmore Theatre, Marrickville Metro Shopping Centre and the New Theatre

Great space, great location, very clean and tidy apartment. Very comfortable beds and good water pressure. So good having washing machine and dryer. The local shops were excellent fo all ages. Great communication from host. Will book again and recommend.

Great location close to shopping, dining and transport. Apartment is clean and spacious. Building was nice and quiet. Owners were very responsive to a minor maintenance concern during our stay. Highly recommend for a Sydney holiday.

I quite like but the address a bit confused. Should be clear like building and room anything else was very good.
