Peaceful and comfortable

The room had very comfortable beds and a large bathroom. Everything was extremely clean. Once we arrived, I finally understood the 360 in the name. The property is surrounded by mountain views in every direction. The dinner and breakfast here are truly outstanding. We didn’t need to eat again until dinner the next day! Everything is run by a lovely, hardworking family.

This is not a negative but worth being aware that the property is a 30+ minute walk uphill on the main road from Theth. We walked up and down no problem. Plus, the distance makes the setting quiet. However, once you’re up there you will probably stay put unless you have a car.

Fantastic place in the silence of mountains

This accommodation is in a beautiful neighbourhood with mountain views in every direction. The room was spacious and very modern. The host was very welcoming and caring. We also had homemade dinner that was very tasty and filling. Breakfast was also excellent. The owners dog was active and naughty but very friendly. :-)

The location was bit out from the Teth centre but we had considered this. If you want to make a hike in the mountains it should not be a problem.

Amazing views with spacious and clean rooms

Amazing location with actual 360 degree views of the mountains. Lovely garden area to sit and enjoy meals and enjoy the views. Owner came and picked us up from the bus stop and dropped us to the trailhead the next day. We ordered dinner and there was so much food all of which was delicious. Rooms were spacious and clean. Also got a packed lunch the following day and it was a massive sandwich and delicious. Owner was friendly and helpful!

New room, amazing views

It was a comfortable stay away from a busy center but not too far. Our room and bathroom looked brand new, spotless clean. Views from the terrace are exceptional, one of the best we had in Theth. Breakfast plentiful and good. Staff very kind and speaking English, we enjoyed our stay

Authentic, oroginal, great service and friendly guesthouse

The residence is very well situated on the top of the hill with a very nice view on the surrounding mountains. People working there are sooooo friendly and the food is very authentic (see the pics). The rooms are very spacious and clean.

The only small detail is the 300m to access to it. The road needs a bit reparation (but in all Albania roads are catastrophic anyway 😅)

A great stay at a pictureque location

The facilities were great considering the property was at the hill top. The host was super helpful. The meals served at the property were locally produced and cooked to perfection (at an extra charge). Berti and his family made us feel welcomed and at home. He picked us up from the bus stop and dropped us back too at no extra charge.

Amazing place with stunning views in Theth

We love our stay at this place so much! Berti and his family are doing an amazing job especially considering, that they opened just 1-2 months ago! They even picked us up and dropped us off by car. The room was perfectly clean, the beds super comfortable and we had everything we needed. What makes this place a speacial are the amazing views, the calm atmosphere the food and the friendliness of our hosts. We highly recommend this place to anybody coming to Theth!

Volvería cada año

Todo me pareció fantástico. Nos quedamos por segunda vez en este alojamiento porque queríamos hacer una ruta de senderismo circular. Nos permitieron dejar allí una maleta durante nuestra ruta y recogerla a la vuelta. Fueron muy muy amables. Además nos recibieron muy bien a la llegada, con una cena deliciosa. A la mañana siguiente teníamos leche recién ordeñada para desayunar...!!!

Unos días maravillosos disfrutando de la mejor comida de Albania

El desayuno y la cena una maravilla. Con productos de su huerta y de sus animales. Realmente delicioso. La familia que lleva el alojamiento es un amor, fueron super amables. Además todo estaba impecable.

Geweldige tijd gehad

Onze ervaring was fantastisch! Vanaf de geasfalteerde weg is het nog een kort stukje over een onverhard pad naar de accommodatie, maar maak je geen zorgen: wij hebben gasten met onder andere een Hyundai i10 en Fiat Panda dit zonder problemen zien bereiken. De inrit is duidelijk aangegeven met een bord. Eenmaal daar, houd je links aan. De bedden lagen heerlijk en de douches waren perfect: warm water, goede straal en alles schoon en verzorgd. Het ontbijt was lekker en dagelijks gevarieerd, met als leuke verrassing: Albanese pannenkoeken die exact lijken, en bijna hetzelfde smaken als Nederlandse oliebollen! Mocht je dat lekker vinden, neem dan zelf wat poedersuiker mee. De temperatuur in de kamer was zeer aangenaam tijdens ons verblijf, met een buitentemperatuur van zo’n 27 graden op het heetst van de dag. De elektriciteit in Theth is niet altijd even stabiel, dus stroomuitval kan voorkomen. Hier hadden wij ons vooraf al op voorbereid na wat research, dit doormiddel van powerbanks. Wij hebben zelf een korte onderbreking meegemaakt, die dus ook de omliggende accommodaties trof. Warm water was er gelukkig nog wel. De hosts waren erg vriendelijk, en hun zoon spreekt uitstekend Engels. Het meeste contact, bij het ontbijt of een eventuele avondmaaltijd, verloopt via hem. De locatie is werkelijk adembenemend. Wat hebben we genoten van het panoramische uitzicht tijdens ons verblijf en maaltijden. Er heerst een enorme rust op dit prachtige stukje land, ver weg van de drukte. Kortom: 100% aanrader! We hebben hier een geweldige tijd gehad.

El mejor alojamiento en nuestros 8 días de viaje por Albania. Nos alojamos aquí dos días en nuestro paso por Theth y por la amabilidad del personal, por las vistas, la tranquilidad, la excelente comida (desayuno y cena), la habitación...es un 10. No creo que haya un sitio como este en toda la zona. Hemos estado encantados y sin duda repetiríamos.

Idílico.

Lo lleva una familia encantadora. El lugar es idílico en medio de la montaña, máxima tranquilidad. Desayuno exquisito y abundante, además te dan la posibilidad de cenar allí también (no incluido, lo pagas al hacer el check out). El mejor alojamiento en el que hemos estado en Albania.

El acceso es algo complicado si vas con coche bajo. No está asfaltado por lo que hay que tener cuidado.

Das Frühstück war super, das Abendessen noch besser. Die Unterkunft liegt oben am Berg, sodass man viel Ruhe und Platz hat. Der kleine Hund war toll :)

Een prachtig verblijf in de bergen – absolute aanrader!

We hebben twee nachten doorgebracht op deze geweldige plek midden in de natuur, omringd door bergen. Het is de ideale locatie om helemaal tot rust te komen – stil, groen en adembenemend mooi. Het personeel was ontzettend gastvrij en behulpzaam, waardoor we ons meteen welkom voelden. Het ontbijt was heerlijk, met verse, lokale producten. Ook het avondeten (dat we er twee keer genoten) was top: grote porties, veel variatie en typische Albanese gerechten, allemaal vers bereid. Echte aanrader voor foodies! De kamers waren proper en verzorgd, en als bonus was er ook nog Lilly – de schattige hond des huizes – die voor extra gezelligheid zorgde. Kortom: een fantastisch verblijf met alles wat je nodig hebt voor ontspanning, lekker eten en vriendelijke service. Wij komen zeker terug!
