The apartment itself was excellent. Comfy, decent TV, pool table and good kitchenette. Perfect for lads holidays.
Area was great, stones throw from West Street and the centre but mind the monster hills of Sheffield as you're at the bottom. Ez TRAM access for Tramlines. Deposit was returned promptly. Overall I would stay again.
We didn't have towels of any kind or toilet roll on arrival. The hosts were quick to respond and were very apologetic, however we didn't get any until late next morning after we had left so had to air dry and buy our own roll. For a couple lads no biggie but disappointing nonetheless.
I wasn't keen on check in, having to provide photo ID through WhatsApp (redacted was accepted) and provide bank details to get the deposit back. I think this could be done MUCH more securely to avoid anxieties around data security etc.
