It was generally great for what we needed, just a few tweaks would make it fantastic

Plenty of bedrooms for the size of the group. It’s a great house and plenty of crockery, glasses and cutlery It was nice and warm once we turned the heating up The bedrooms were clean and had plenty of room The garden would be fab in good weather

No outside lights or clear house number so it was difficult to see if we were at the right place and difficult to try and get to the key box. It was dark and very wet when we arrived, we had to move the bin to get to the box using our phone torch. There wasn’t enough communal space for us all to be together comfortably I found a sock under the sofa and an empty minutes bottle down the side-obviously there from someone before us. We found the doors with the closers on annoying and the door stops didn’t work well

Nice enough but listing not fully accurate

Good communication, nice living room and kitchen. Nice showers.

Listing wasn't quite accurate - there was only one double bed despite the listing saying there were three. Rest of the rooms were twin beds which wasn't what we wanted. Cafetiere and tassimo coffee machine provided but only coffee was sachets of instant. I think there were only about 6 glass tumblers and mugs which wasn't quite enough, especially as no dishwasher detergent was provided. Listing also stated that there was a bath, but there wasn't one. Bathrooms were clean but the bedding smelled damp. All my clothes (worn or otherwise) had to be washed when I got home because they smelled very fusty.

Well finished, clean and spacious house with lots of flexibility for large numbers, with a great host.

Property was a really good size and finished to a high standard. Good number of toilets/showers and these were fresh and clean. Kitchen was well equipped and suitable for our needs. Bedroom breakdown enabled lots of flexibility. Host was superb - really helpful and easy to contact.

Kitchen a little small for the property size but wasn’t really an issue for us.
