Excellent location and facilities - exceptional assistance from the owner to help with arrangements and very clear instructions - nice touch with bottle of wine on arrival
Not owners fault but scaffolding outside windows so lacked any natural light - however this didn’t affect our stay as blinds to cover windows

Great location, modern styling, comfortable beds, decent bathrooms and plenty of space.
The reception team were friendly.
The exterior is a bit shabby and the lift looks in poor condition

Lovely apartment with everything you need in a great location for shopping at the Bullring and the Christmas market
Collection of the apartment keys could be easier with a closer keynest or key safe outside the building
