Great hosts. Excellent facility! We were for the Pinot & Rock festival which was just 15 minutes drive. On a walking distance there is a big supermarket with everything needed. The area is beautiful and picturesque, wine fields and rich greenery.

Ci torneremo se siamo in zona

Comunicazione chiaro e veloce con il proprietario tramite whatsapp. C’è stato un piccolo incomprensione che il proprietario ha risolto subito e l’abbiamo apprezzato molto. Posizione centrale per visitare Friburgo, Rulantica, Colmar ecc e un supermercato molto vicino. La stufa era carina e ci ha fornito legno nuovo ogni giorno. Tutto era pulito e profumato quando siamo arrivati. Cucina ben attrezzata con tutto quello che ci serviva. I letti erano comodi, ampio bagno e doccia perfetta per via di pressione dell’acqua e temperatura. All’arrivo trovato anche vari depliant con le info turistiche, mono porzioni Nutella, marmellata ecc. Tutto perfetto. Se torniamo in zona soggiorneremo di nuovo lì!

L’abbiamo trovato all’arrivo con un’asse di legno del pavimento staccato (ingresso soggiorno) che sarebbe da sistemare. Noi eravamo in 5 (2 adulti e 3 bimbi (14,12,10) e in questo caso il soggiorno diventa la seconda camera con un extra letto e con il divano come letto matrimoniale e dunque anche le valigie in giro per il ‘soggiorno’. Per le nostre esigenze andava più che bene in quanto siamo sempre via dalla mattina alla sera e solitamente usiamo il nostro alloggio solo come base per dormire, mangiare e farsi la doccia. Con il prezzo che paghi si sa che è così e se preferisci qualcosa più grande basta pagare di più in giro. Comunque è da tenere in considerazione per chi vuole qualcosa di più dall’appartamento. Si potrebbe valutare di mettere a disposizione una lavatrice che per le famiglie sarebbe comodo.

Un dolce rifugio

L'appartamento rispecchia le caratteristiche specificate dal sito, pulizia impeccabile e con mobilio nuovo e ben tenuto. La stufetta all'interno è una piccola chicca per il quale fa piacere averla potuta usare. Il proprietario è molto attento e si è attivato immediatamente ad ogni richiesta che abbiamo fatto. L'appartamento è situato in questo piccolo paese in una via molto silenziosa e ha anche la disponibilità del cortile dove poter parcheggiare la propria macchina. La posizione poi del paese è ottima per raggiungere le località di Friburgo in Brisgova in 15 minuti, così come Colmar a soli 30 minuti.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief problemlos. Er antwortete sehr schnell und war immer hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen privaten Parkplatz, was super war. In der Wohnung war alles wie beschrieben. Es war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und gab sogar ein Begrüßungsgetränk sowie süße Brotaufstriche und Kaffeepads.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene!

La casa è assolutamente corrispondente alla descrizione e alle foto. È situata in una posizione perfetta per visitare l'Alsazia, l'Europa Park e la Foresta Nera nella zona di Friburgo. Al piano terra si trova un cortile utile se si vuole parcheggiare l'auto internamente, e una zona lavanderia. Salendo le scale si arriva alla casa, dotata di tutto ciò che serve. Merdingen è un paesino molto tranquillo con un supermercato vicino alla casa. Non offre altro ma noi cercavamo un punto d'appoggio per poi girare, per cui è stato ottimo.

Il materasso della camera matrimoniale non è comodissimo, sprofonda verso il centro del letto. Mancano le zanzariere e l'aria condizionata... ad agosto abbiamo trovato una settimana caldissima e ci avrebbero fatto comodo.

Die Unterkunft war genau richtig und entsprach dem, was wir suchten: ruhig, gemütlich, sauber, alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten, zuvorkommende, freundliche Vermieter.

Visita de poblacions de contes i tranquil·litat

Apartament ubicat a Merdingen, petita població ubicada a 15 m. de Freiburg de Brisgòvia. Població petita i pintoresca. A 15 m. de la frontera francesa. Vam aprofitar per visitar ciutats franceses com Colmar i Eguishem (a uns 30 m.) i el balneari Barrière Ribeavuvillé, amb molt bones instal·lacions i bé de preu. Ideal per després de visitar ciutats. L'apartament va ser còmode per a 3 persones (llit de matrimoni i un llit individual, a l'altra habitació) i amb tot el necessari a la cuina i al bany.

Wir können uns gut vorstellen wieder zu kommen.

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, immer hilfsbereit und offen für Hinweise. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich, man fühlte sich sofort wohl. Weiterhin konnte das Auto in einem Innenhof geparkt werden, der durch ein Tor verschlossen war.

Durch die Fewo war unser Urlaub traumhaft.

wir sind zur Vogelbeobachtung am Kaiserstuhl angereist. Dafür eine herrliche Lage. Unsere Ziele zu den Wanderwegen waren leicht zu erreichen. Auch die Städte Freiburg, Breisach und Colmar sind als Sehenswürdigkeiten zu empfehlen. Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung für uns alleine und haben die Ruhe genossen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und haben uns herzlich empfangen. Danke für die guten Tipps.
