Not so much place in the closet since all the covers of beds were inside. There was only one closet and one commode in only one room. The other rooms had no closets to use.

BEDBUGS! NOT REFUNDING FULL AMOUNT!

DO NOT STAY! BEDBUGS! Traveling as a group of 8, 4 adults and 4 children. Shortly after laying down I had bedbugs crawling on me, we immediately left to find other accommodations to not risk infestation to ourselves. Owner is now charging us a cleaning fee of €50 and only refunding €60(our total payment was €319) claiming only two people couldn’t stay because after they had it checked only the sleeper couch had bedbugs. Mind you again, half the occupants were our children, we were not going to leave them there while we stay elsewhere. We also did not stay to search the rest of the apartment to see if bed bugs were in other places as it did not matter because bedbugs in any capacity is unacceptable and a risk to our health and welfare.

OK, lang nicht so schlimm wie nach den letzten Rezensionen befürchtet, aber auch nicht toll

Große Wohnung, leichter Zugang, Parkplätze an der Straße vorhanden, Bäcker und Bushaltestelle in der Nähe, Vermieter hat auf Nachfrage/ bei Problemen geantwortet.

Die Küche war nicht sauber, verkrümelter Tisch, Arbeitsflächen nicht abgewischt, fleckige Stuhlkissen. Die Angabe "Citynah" ist etwas irreführend, man braucht mit Öffis ca. 25-30 min in die Innenstadt. Heizung bollerte nachts recht laut, trotzdem wurde es nicht in allen Zimmern warm. Der einzige Kleiderschrank war fast voll mit fremden Jacken und Bettwäsche. Die WLan- Infos auf dem Infoschreiben waren offenbar veraltet, erst auf Nachfrage und 1 Tag später hatten wir dann WLan. Also insgesamt passabel, lang nicht so schlimm wie in vorigen Bewertungen angeprangert, aber eben auch nicht gut für den Preis. Vermieter war fast immer erreichbar.

Nicht sauber, benutztes Geschirr im Ofen, Komplikationen bei der Zahlung - angeblich ein Fehler von Booking.com. Sehr seltsam alles. Zu guter letzt noch Bettwanzenstiche bei den Teilnehmern !

Wir werden diese Unterkunt nie wieder buchen!!!

leider gab es in dieser Unterkunft nicht das man positiv bewerten kann.

dreckiges Geschirr, im Bad noch Haare, die ganze Wohnung war sehr schmutzig. Fernseher war nicht eingestellt, Kein Signal die Schränke in der Küche waren sehr schmutzig mussten erst das Besteck und die Schublade reinigen bevor wir etwas verwenden konnten. Ein Heizkörper im Schlafzimmer war ausser Betrieb. Auch der Hauseingang und die Treppe gehören dringen saniert. WLAN lag ein großer Info Zettel am Tisch, war aber nicht verfügbar. Im allgemeinen ein sehr schlechter Zustand der Unterkunft NICHT weiter zu empfehlen. Wir haben 3 Nächte gebucht und bezahlt aber nach einer Nacht die Unterkunft flüchtend verlassen. Leider hat der Vermieter nicht reagiert.

DESAGRADABLE EXPERIENCIA

A pesar de que yo tenía una reserva hasta el 23 de octubre el dueño me sacó alegando que yo no había pagado lo que era y quería dinero en efectivo, Sin embargo yo pagué exactamente lo que booking me cobró por 3 noches para 6 adultos y 1 niño (7 años) por lo tanto pase momentos de angustia en lo que encontraba un lugar donde pasar la última noche. Tuve que hablar con booking y destinar tiempo de mi estancia para arreglarlo y pagar una nueva reserva en espera de que booking me reembolse, por lo tanto es un buen departamento pero muy mala experiencia.

GARRAPATAS EN LAS CAMAS

Que se acabara

Nada más llegar tuvimos que recoger nosotros las toallas y ropa de cama del piso de arriba. Las fotos no representan mucha las camas, había una que el colchón no cabía en la estructura. Pero definitivamente lo peor de todo fue encontrar GARRAPATAS. Encontramos 6 en total repartidas por todas las habitaciones, en la cama, cortinas y demás. El dueño admitió que los anteriores inquilinos llevaron perros y por eso habían garrapatas pero no nos quiso hacer un reembolso. Fue una experiencia terrorífica que no merece nada la pena.

Katastrophe nie mehr wieder in diese Wohnung

Sorry aber mir fällt absolut nichts ein.

- In die Jahre gekommene Wohnung . - Sehr unsaubere Wohnung mußte zuerst von uns gereinigt werden . Überal Schmutz und Spinnweben samt Spinnen. - Tuch nach Tischreinigung war schwarz. - Überall Haare der Vorgänger sogar auf Matraze. - Küchenzustand samt equipment Katastrophe. Fett triefende Pfannen samt Ofen und Backblech. - Stühle in Küche Flecken und Haare. - Baad mit Blick in Rumpelkammer. - Lieblos hingeworfene Bettwäsche mußte selber bezogen werden ansonsten werden 10€ pro Person als Servicegebühr vom Vermieter verlangt. - Matraze gleicht einem Wasserbettgefühl. - Anfrage mit vorzeitigem Bezug der Wohnung vor 15 Uhr wurde mit 25€ Extragebühr beantwortet.

El apartamento muy bien cuidado y muy accesible. La parada de bus que lleva al centro a dos minutos andando. Ubicado en zona muy tranquila. El propietario muy amable. Cuando llegamos no estaba preparado y nos invitó a unas cervezas mientras lo arreglaba. Tuvimos una estancia de 10.

Die Größe der Wohnung war gut.

Es war extrem dreckig und insgesamt ungepflegt und lieblos eingerichtet. Die Bewertungen auf booking entsprechen absolut nicht der Realität. Uns ist schleierhaft, wie diese Bewertungen zustande kommen. Nachdem wir uns beschwert haben, wurde uns ein Preisnachlass von 10% angeboten, im Gegenzug sollten wir eine positive Bewertung abgeben. Eine Frechheit. Wir haben uns sehr unwohl gefühlt und würden die Unterkunft nicht weiter empfehlen.

Ich war mit meiner Familie in diesem Apartment und bin rundum zufrieden. Das Apartment ist wunderschön, groß und gepflegt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden und würden dieses Apartment jedem empfehlen. Die Lage ist ebenfalls TOP mit einer tollen Pizzeria direkt nebenan.

Schöne Ferienwohnung für unsere 7er Mädels-Gruppe mit super Anbindung in die Freiburger Innenstadt

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Aufgrund einer kleinen Überschneidung bei der Buchung konnten wir erst etwas später einchecken, aber der überaus freundliche Gastgeber hat sich sofort um alles gekümmert. Zur Überbrückung gab es in der schönen Pizzeria nebenan Prosecco aufs Haus! Die Wartezeit hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört, im Gegenteil, wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Die Unterkunft selbst war perfekt für unsere Gruppe von sieben Personen – die drei Zimmer und die große Wohnküche boten ausreichend Platz. 2 Minuten entfernt fährt regelmäßig ein Bus in ca. 20 min in die Freiburger Innenstadt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung für ein Wochenende in Freiburg.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

wir waren zu fünft (Workshop-Teiln.). Die Vermieter wohnen im Nachbarhaus, Schlüsselübergabe und Kommunikation waren einfach. Das Apartment ist in einem dörflichen Vorort, und hat eine gute Anbindung an die Stadt. Wir konnten zu Fuß nach Vauban (ins Studio) laufen. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Edeka und Bäckerei fußläufig.

Preisgünstiges uns praktisches Appartement für Gruppen

Das Appartement liegt mitten in Freiburg-St Georgen. Da wir dort eingeladen waren, war die Lage perfekt. Für einen Freiburgbesuch kann man auf öffentliche Verkehrsmittel zurückgreifen. Das Appartement verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Betten sowie einen Wohn- Schlafraum mit 3 Ausklappbetten, wobei man vom hinteren Schlafraum durch den Wohn- Schlafraum muß, um ins Bad oder zur Toilette zu kommen. Die Küche ist recht gut ausgestattet.

Die Haustüre des Hauses, in dem sich das Appartement befindet, ist permanent offen, der Appartementschlüssel ist nicht gleich dem Hausschlüssel. Sollte man getrennt unterwegs sein, hat man nur einen Schlüssel, den man dann unter der Fußmatte deponieren kann, wobei der Hausgang durch die offene Wohnungstür durchgängig von außen begehbar ist.

Apartamento desastroso , sucio y nada recomendable.

Las fotos del anuncio no eran las reales. El baño no tenía el espejo del lavabo montado y estaba tirado en el suelo. Todo estaba mal montado : la cortina de la ducha se caía , los soportes de las toallas se caían de la pared , la lavadora no tenia conectada las tomas de agua ni electricidad , etc En la cocina solo había una sartén para cocinar , no había microonda , solo un cuchillo que cortara bien. Queríamos usar el horno y estaba totalmente sucio. El fregadero perdía agua y tenía una palangana debajo para recoger el agua que teníamos que vaciar constantemente. La Tv estaba puesta sobre una silla , con lo cual era un peligro para niños pequeños. Nos parece un engaño , las fotos no se corresponden con la calidad y lo que te enecuentras al llegar.

Pas terrible…

Les lits étaient confortables.

Le descriptif montrait 3 chambres alors qu’il n’y en avait que 2. Le salon avait 2 canapés convertibles qui faisait office de lit supplémentaires. Tromperie!!!! On a dû condamné le salon pour en faire une chambre. L’appartement était en cours de finition avec des outils qui traînaient. La salle de bain/wc avec un confort limite et non isolé du salon (ouverture en haut donnant sur le salon).

Ruhig? - Baustelle direkt nebenan - Vermieter nett!

Die Wohnung war geräumig und es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Etwas "altbackener" als vermutet, aber o. k. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und haben sich bemüht uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Sie haben sogar einmal gefragt, ob sie bohren dürften, als wir da waren.

Die Wohnung lag direkt an einer Hauptstraße. Was aber am meisten gestört hat, war, das nebenan das Haus komplett kernsaniert wurde und die Arbeiten bereits früh am Morgen begonnen haben. Das hat mit ruhiger Lage leider nichts zu tun!!! Habe ein Video gemacht, um die Geräuschkulisse festzuhalten, leider konnt ich aber nur Fotos hochladen.

Haustür konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden, Zimmertür konnte aber sicher verriegelt werden. Parkplatzsuche war etwas mühsam.
