Lovely place - perfect for stopover

The apartment was tastefully furnished - compact but with large, comfortable beds and our family (2 adults, 3 children) slept here happily. The kitchen is very well stocked with appliances and staples like oil, salt, tea, coffee etc. There were even a couple of children’s games and books. It is right next to a beautiful park with a stream, which was lovely for us to walk and play in on the evening after a day travelling. We really enjoyed our stay - perfect thank you! (We also appreciated the thoughtfulness of the owner avoiding meeting us in person due to Covid-19)

Der Eigentümer hat sich sehr große Mühe gegeben, dass wir uns problemlos bei der Ankunft zurechtfinden konnten. Gut organisierte Übergabe der Schlüssel. Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Apartment hat eine Top Lage in Bad Krozingen (Thermalbad mit Bademantel zu erreichen), es befindet sich in einem gut gepflegten Haus und die Ausstattung des Apartments ist super komplett und sehr sauber. Toller Balkon, Fahrradabstellraum im Haus. PKW-Stellplatz vorm Haus. Wir können das Apartment wirklich ruhigen Gewissens weiter empfehlen.

Correcto pero no repetiría

Que era apartamento, tenía parking y teníamos cocina. Fue sencillo hacer el check in

El trato con el personal nada más reservar. La forma en que me hablaron para realizar el pago fue muy abrupta. Tenía dudas y la única forma que me querían ayudar era a ir cancelase. En general, el lavabo estaba muy alto y por eso no nos resultó cómodo, ni tampoco el textil que había para poder dormir no parecía muy limpio.

Schoon appartement voor één nachtje op doorreis

Tweede tweepersoonsbed was een bank. Dat had beter in de omschrijving mogen staan. Daarnaast doet de advertentie vermoeden dat je in een kuhr appartement verblijft. Dat schept andere verwachtingen. Het is een klein, schoon appartement in een woonblok, wat particulier wordt verhuurd tegen contante betaling. Enkel aan te raden op doorreis. Zeker niet langer dan één nacht.

Compleet ingericht appartement

Het appartement was heel compleet ingericht, wat gedateerd maar schoon en alles was goed bruikbaar. Fijn balkon, airco heel fijn, keukenapparatuur goed, rustig gelegen in de buurt van de snelweg.

Für ein zwei Tage in Ordnung.

Die Lage war sehr schön, in mitten einer Kuranlage. Dementsprechende sehr ruhig. Wir waren nur für zwei Tage. Denselben in Ordnung. Das Appartement hatte einen schönen Balkon.

Also das Bad ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Küche wies einige Mängel auf. Die Pfannen waren nicht benutzbar und die Küchenarmatur war war lose. Kein Ablaufstopfen so das das Stühlen erschwert wurde.

So gastfreundlich war es leider nicht

Die Lage des Objektes finde ich sehr gut, Zimmer hell und geräumig

1. Ich wurde am Wochenende (!) aufgefordert die Gesamtsumme binnen 6 Stunden (!) zu überweisen. 2. Es gab einige Kleinigkeiten zu bemängeln, aber fremde Haare auf dem Boden und Gefrierfach ohne Tür hatten mich wirklich überrascht. 3. Das Apartmenthaus ist nicht sicher, 2 Wohnungseinbrüche wurden gerade im Flur inseriert. 4. Während meines Aufenthaltes hatte man an Hausfassaden gearbeitet, und zwar jeden Tag ab 7 Uhr, Sa. inklusive. Schwarzwaldblick und Balkonnutzung - Fehlanzeige. Die Arbeiten hatte man im Vorfeld für 6 Wochen angekündigt, aber ich als Gast musste es nachträglich hinnehmen
