The properties don’t look like in the picture there is no parking space for suv only for small cars no air conditioning

Very enjoyable stay!

Everything was just great! Christian is a caring host who met us upon arrival, handed over the keys, showed everything around. Check-in and parking info was sent in advance, he was also patient with the payment issues that I had. He gave us free Konus guest cards which provided free 1-time access to the thermal area and bus/train travel. The apartment is very well equipped, there was even a mixer and a dough roller. I especially appreciated availability of dishwashing liquid and tablets, sponge, salt, etc. We're definitely coming back again in summer!

Excellent location for rehabilitation and therapy treatments in Vita Classica as well as walks in the park, both nearby. If problem occurred, host responded very quickly. Rather large and very quite apartment (#21), waking up with birds singing. Konus rail card with free train/bus rides throughout the Black Forest and Freiburg, and up to Basel and Karlsruhe inclusive, marvellous.

Super Appartement gerne wieder!

Der Vermieter Herr Kern-Petereit ist sehr nett gewesen, daß ich mein Haustier doch kurzfristig noch mitbringen konnte. Wenn was kaputt war hat er es sofort erneuert. Meinem Sohn und mir hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Es war auch alles sehr Zentral und gut zu erreichen. Kann ich auf jedenfall Weiterempfehlen und würde auch jederzeit wieder erneut buchen...

Semaine très reposante, séjour très agréable.

Tout. L'appartement est très agréable, lumineux et dans la verdure à deux pas des thermes. Contact très agréable avec l'hôte.

Place de parking utilisable uniquement par les voitures basses. Heureusement on peut laisser la voiture au parking des thermes. Il est interdit de stationner devant l'immeuble ce qui est respecté par les locataires. Cependant, les personnes qui vont au restaurant à côté ne se gênent pas pour se garer devant le logement et repartir en faisant pas mal de bruit à minuit une heure du matin. C'est pénible !

Jederzeit wieder

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig im Kurgebiet, zur Therme sind es nur wenige Minuten. Es gibt für Fahrräder eine Abstellmöglichkeit im Keller. Der Vermieter ist bei Fragen gut zu erreichen.

WE etwas in die Jahre gekommen, z.B. alte Heizkörper. Duschkopf wurde ausgetauscht, aber wohl nicht geprüft. Passte nicht optimal in die Halterung. Dadurch leichtes Herausfallen mit möglichen Schäden bei den Fliesen. Möbel lieblos zusammengewürfelt.

Schöne, ruhige Wohnung im Grünen, nahe bei den Thermen. Gut eingerichtet, wir vermissten nichts. Problemlose Schlüsselübergabe

Alles in allem war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in der Appartmentwohnung.

Das Appartment ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der Therme entfernt. Zum Ortskern ist es eine Gehzeit von ca. 15 Minuten. Die Ausstattung war ok - Kühlschrank, sogar mit Gefrierfach, Mikrowelle, Backofen und Geschirrspüler - alles da! Auch der Tiefgaragenparkplatz sowie Parkplatz an der Therme (beides nutzbar und kostenlos) waren optimal.

Das Wlan war zeitweise schwach, funktionierte aber dann wieder einwandfrei.

Preis - Leistung der Wohnung stimmt insgesamt.

Nähe zur Therme und ruhige Lage direkt beim Kur-Park. Kleiner Balkon mit schönem Ausblick. Wohnung war ok, gut eingerichtet.

Die Sofas waren etwas zu weich zum richtig sitzen zu können.
