Charming place

Nice walk to city centre and in great neighbourhood with lovely bakeries and eateries. Lovely hosts. Nice outside space to sit. Very clean and comfortable. Quirky. Very good value for a family of 4.

It is worth knowing that it gets hot in the attic room sleeping area when the temperature is high. There is a fan and a sofa bed downstairs if it is too much.

Gemütlich zum Ausspannen

Ein ganzes "Haus" im Garten für uns alleine. Sehr gemütlich und warm. Nähe Stadtzentrum gelegen und alles Nötige (Bäcker, Edeka....) zu Fuß zu erreichen. Nächstes mal wieder, wenn möglich!

Insgesamt ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Wohnung ist super schön, sehr gemütlich und sofort zum Wohlfühlen. Die Lage ist fantastisch: Supermarkt, Restaurants, Eisdiele, Bäcker und die Straßenbahn sind fußläufig erreichbar, und in etwa 15–20 Minuten ist man sogar zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Die Hosts waren außerdem sehr freundlich und herzlich.

Schöne unkomplizierte Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage.

War war alles gut: Sauber, ruhig, Ausstattung (Küche), Lage und Preis. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer schönen, sehr ruhigen Gegend. Wer mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, erreicht das Zentrum von Freiburg in wenigen Minuten.

Sehr ruhig und entspannt

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr schön mitten in Herdern in ruhiger Umgebung. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es verschiedene Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zur Stadtmitte sind es zu Fuß nur 10 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Bett hatte eine ausgezeichnete Matratze.

Leider hatte das Doppelbett nur eine Leselampe. Hier hätten wir uns noch eine zweite gewünscht.

Ich möchte gern wiederkommen

Die Lage ist prima, weil Herdern ein schönes kleines Viertel ist,mit Bus ist man in 10 min in der Innenstadt oder im Stadtpark. Die Räume sind sehr schön,das Bad ganz neu, es ist gemütlich und ruhig .

Wir hatten einen schöner Urlaub in Freiburg. Die FeWo hat noch Luft nach "oben" für diesen Preis.

Große, helle FeWo, modernes Bad, moderne Küchenzeile, Bett + Matratzen super. die Lage im Stadtteil Herden wie beschrieben, Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Bäcker und Restaurants in der Nähe

Vermieter im Urlaub, daher kein Kontakt während des Aufenthalts Den Kleiderschrank konnten wir nicht nutzen, da er wirklich sehr alt riecht, eine Duschstange wäre auch von Vorteil. Gut, dass wir keine Spinnen-Phobie haben (so kurz nach der Reinigung vier Achtbeiner)! Wir fragen uns auch, wohin die zwei verschlossenen Zimmertüren führen (eine im Wohn-Schlafraum, eine im Flur) die Privatsphäre ist gestört und der Flach-TV hat nur analoge Sender, schade!

Kleine Oase in der Stadt

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem kleinen, idyllischen Garten. Es liegt mitten im Stadtteil Herdern, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ein spitze Café nur 200m entfernt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gemütlich, WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Es war die perfekte Oase für einen Kurzurlaub. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.

De hulpvaardigheid en het warme contact van de eigenaars was heel fijn. Leuke buurt, gezellig plekje. Alles was naar onze wens! We raden dit plekje zeker aan. Wij waren er met ons gezin met 2 jonge zoontjes en dat ging perfect.

Heerlijke omgeving in mooie stad

Dit appartement ligt in een erg leuke wijk. Jugendstil woningen en een gezellige omgeving met wat restaurants in de buurt. Voor filmliefhebbers: een Notting Hill gevoel 😀. Appartement ook prima en ruim. Op de Aankomstdag was er een nieuw, ruimer bed geplaatst. De aandachtspunten daarop in vorige reviews zijn daarmee opgelost 😀

Ein nettes Gartenhaus im Grünen

Schöne ruhige Lage im Grünen mit Garten. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und gute Nahverkehrsanbindung in die Stadt. Mit 3 Personen hatten wir viel Platz. Im DG gab es ein gemeinsames Schlafzimmer mit zwei 1,40m Betten. Genügend Fahrradabstellplätze waren im Garten vorhanden. In dem Garten durften wir unseren mitgebrachten Grill benutzen. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett!

Es war schade, dass die Sauna unbenutzbar war. Die Parkplatzsuche für unser Auto war etwas schwierig.

Was Menschen in der Lage waren zu schaffen.

Es ist schon interessant was alles vermietet werden kann. Deutschland hat für alles einen TÜV ich finde man sollte hierfür auch mal einen einsetzen. 🤣🤣Hat bestimmt keiner Bock drauf. ist doch alles so schön.

Alles! Sehr großzügig, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Super Lage. Schnell im Grünen und schnell in der Stadt. Sehr charmante Gastgeberin. Kleine Lesebank vorm Haus, um die abendliche Sonne tu genießen. Besser kann es kaum sein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzig: Wir hätten uns größe Schalen für das morgendliche Müsli gewünscht! 😉😁😊

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Wunderschöne Altbauwohnung, sehr stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, in einem ruhigen Viertel. Man ist trotzdem schnell in der Innenstadt, zu Fuß und mit dem Bus. Sehr zu Empfehlen!

Ein bisschen größeres Bett, dann wäre alles perfekt (es ist 1,40m), ging aber auch so:)

Maison individuelle avec un petit jardin, composée d'une chambre avec deux lits-double et d'un canapé lit dans le salon, assez proche du centre-ville (25 minutes à pied). Le quartier est très agréable, petits commerces à proximité et très calme.

Immer wieder gern

Sehr gute Wohnlage- ca 25 Gehminuten von der Stadtmitte entfernt- hätte man aber auch mit dem Stadtbus erreichen können . Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und wenn etwas gefehlt hätte- wollte sie es sofort besorgen.!

Das Bett mit 160 war uns etwas zu klein und unbequem . Die Heizung wurde nicht richtig warm wurde aber von der Vermieterin mit einem Ersatz sofort behoben.
