La struttura è nel pieno centro di Bergamo bassa, raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione dei treni (circa 800mt) e a pochi passi dalle vie principali. Ha molti servizi vicino, bar, ristoranti, farmacie e negozi di ogni genere. Curata e pulita. La cucina offre le cose essenziali per poter preparare pasti.

Avevo richiesto una culla avendo una bambina molto piccola, che non mi è stata fornita ed è stato un po’ un problema farla dormire, visto che c’erano disponibili solo divani letto. Inoltre sono state lasciate asciugamani per due (adulti), mentre nulla è stato fornito per i bambini nonostante fossero inclusi nella prenotazione. Ultimo piccolo problema era l’ascensore, non funzionante, credo da molto tempo.

Esquecemos um colar de ouro, mas ao entrar em contato com a acomodação, fomos informados que o statf não encontrou nada.

It’s impossible to rate this so called apartment BG LIFE… nobody notified us that the apartment we booked was occupied by other guests and would be freed up after 3 days. We specifically wanted to stay at this apartment because the photos and description indicate this apartment has 2 separate rooms. The alternative “apartment SITYTIME ” that was given to us was a studio with a cupboard used as a room divider to separate the kitchen from the bed. There were 4 of us and we insisted on having at least one separate bedroom with an actual door. The studio was well equipped overall BUT it is EXTREMELY NOISY. Being tourists who leave at 9am and return at 11pm, we were hoping to get some rest and sleep during the hours spent in the apartment, however it was impossible. In the back courtyard there is a bakery which starts work at 3am during the night, it’s extremely noisy and we couldn’t fall asleep until 6am!! We had a terrible experience and wouldn’t recommend at all this apartment.
