The furniture
Customer service needs staff who have proper experience and who can deal with guests with patience and respect. During my check-in, the treatment I received was very unprofessional. If I had the option, I would not have stayed that night—I would have left immediately.

There was a lot of facilities to use if needed.
Staff was helpful and friendly
Missing part to blind in the bedroom, in which the lamp post light was shining into the bedroom through the night.
It would be helpful for people staying here to be given permits to park outside of the B&B
