Initially I was not happy with the room I had booked and when I voiced this to the host he was extremely accommodating and changed my room for a much better en-suite room in a different location. The room I stayed in was very comfortable, clean and well maintained.

Place was overall clean, but the bedbugs made that irrelevant... Location is ok

One of the rooms lock was broken, you could get locked inside and could only be open from the outside. One of the party got bitten with bedbugs.

A lot. Beddings aren't new. It looks like it was just used by the previous client. Shower and toilet rooms are untidy as well as the kitchen. At 10pm there's someone creepy tries to open your door. Not even knocking. I felt it was very unsafe to stay. And the bed has bed bugs and bed sheets still has hairs on it. It was an awful stay experience. Im Very unsatisfied. I better have to think more than 100 times to stay here... It was my first stay and will be my last

Was good for what I needed.

In a bit of a run-down area, but a very short (5-10 mins) walk along a main road into the city centre - where my meetings were and plenty of cafes/restaurants etc. Room and facilities were clean and tidy.

A few more hooks on doors/walls for clothes/towels would have been useful.

If there was anything lesser than a one star, I would give it. I booked a room so I could get some rest, but I never achieved that, as there was noise from next room all through the night. Banging movements, arguements and fight from next door, with loud voices. I reported this to the management but it didn’t seem like they cared. It is very unfair to me cause it felt like I paid £50 plus for nothing. It would have been better off sleeping in the car, I went to work with feeling of headache as I didn’t get good rest at all. It is really disappointing. I feel cheated as well.

Very good

It was a nice size room, plus I was called and texted with information to help me during my stay. Someone also called me to let me know that I left my phone charger in my room.

Found it a little hard to lock and unlock my door at times, but it was okay otherwise. Someone did come to me however to help me unlock it.
