Misleading.. don’t advertise a garden when it’s a tatty back yard or air conditioning.. (didn’t need or expect either) .. the bed was 2 mattress on top of a base!!.. why?.. I had the room between the front room and kitchen so very noisy.. not a complaint against the other residents.. but not a good place to put a bedroom.. I’ve stayed all over the country with work and that’s the first time I’ve had no Tv .. or kettle.. was more like a room to rent in s house share .. the room was clean and the information on what’s app was very helpful.. but not for me ..

The location of the room is different to where I booked

They gave me a room at a different location to the place I booked, which double my commute time everyday.

Nightmare!!!!!!

Wonderful accommodation stunning room. I had a stand alone bath in my bedroom, separate luxury shower and bathroom. My jaw gaped when I saw the room, stunning value for money.

I was changed accommodation by email when I arrived. I'm disabled previous Stroke unsteady at walking with stick, bad right hand weakness. I booked a city centre location, they moved me further away from city center. They knew of my disability when I booked original rooms. The last minute change turned out to be on the third floor, they know I'm disabled. A guilded cage is still a cage, the room was stunning but I was trapped. When I phoned when I arrived at Stoke on trent I just noticed the e mail, I was told an emergency phone back call would be arranged, still waiting. I feel I was discriminated against.

cheap and quite cheerful, The bed was the real issue for me. If that was fixed I would return

I didnt have great expectations as the price was low. It was clean and tidy. the kitchen area was well set out. had all you could need. Lovely shower room.

the mattress was awful. big dip in the middle. there were people smoking in the property, I didnt want to call the manager about this. No staff on property.
