Great for short stay.

Large room in a good location.

The freezer was frozen over and unusable. Internet was iffy.

The worst stay in UK

The location, distribution and setup of room and the house in general.

They cleaned the shared areas rarely. There is no thermostat in rooms so it got really cold and then really hot. The watsup service was too slow and careless. The matress was very old.

There was no key for the room and no attempt was made to rectify this problem, despite the problem reported on two different occasions on Friday night. I had to return to London on Saturday lunchtime without doing what I went to Stoke for. A total waste of time and money.

High security with the codes on each door. Good location.

-Was contacted at 2 o clock on the day of arrival and was told that I would receive a call back closer to the time I was checking in. This did not happen. -Found where we were supposed to stay, was then told that there wasn't 2 rooms, like in my booking, and to go to another place that they had. We also had to send IDs and more info whilst trying to find the 2nd place which should have been done before the day of check in. This made it very stressful for myself and my friends. - Only had 1 towl In each double room for 2 nights. - The facilities were not hygienic.

the view lovely staff polite and people that live here polite the kitchen is big area to move around and cook when we reported the shower about not working two days later they came out and fixed it

the shower didnt work for a 8 days the beds are to low and uncomfortable the duvets are very small and ripped had buy my own and the pillow the stuffing coming out of it had buy my own the room very small people was eating our food the stair light wasnt working wifi doesnt work in the room
