Overall fine for the price. Contact with host was just about acceptable, no response on the given mobile number, I had to get through to Booking.com support for them to contact host and arrange key handover.
Rough area, dirty street, recommend Street View first. Once inside, warm and dry, wifi and power all excellent. Room and shower clean, kitchen was untidy, but passable for a HMO.
Contact with Host. No response to email. No response to messages left on contact mobile number. Arrived early, no one in property, connected with booking.com customer support and they arranged handover for key

The room had everything what I would need to stay just one night.
The area seemed very dangerous. When I was leaving the accommodation, 8 people in balaclavas and bats were walking on the opposite side of the road. I quickly jumped into a taxi to do not get their attention.
