Pulita e ordinata, non è scontato. Molte altre strutture non sono così pulite. Pierre molto gentile e accogliente
La zone è tranquilla e sicura, importante rispettare le ore di silenzio, io l’ho trovato ottimo per riposare bene
Aria condizionata molto funzionante. Le foto corrispondono alla casa, è piccola ma c’è l’essenziale
Abbastanza lontana dal centro onestamente non proprio comoda. Abbiamo speso molto per uber, il tram è circa 10’ a piedi e la stazione di Nizza è a 30’ a piedi. Posizione scomoda per me e le mie esigenze. La casa non ha problemi, l’unica cosa, c’era un odore strano, abbiamo comprato un deodorante per ambiente ma proprio non profumava, odore che da fastidio.

Le personnel ,la propriété, une mini cuisine équipée, à côté d'un arrêt de bus et du tramway pour rejoindre le centre-ville/plage. Ils ont gentiment accepté de nous accueillir avant le chek in et nous laisser 2h après le chek out.
La chambre n'est pas spacieuse, manque d'outils pour maintenir la propriété de l'appartement durant le séjour vu que le service nettoyage n'est pas inclus.
