The area it was located was in walkable distances to a lot of eatery’s / cafes/ etc. The property itself was beautiful and cozy. Minimal, clean, and comfortable. My partner and I enjoyed our stay very much. Our host, Olivier, always checked in and made sure my partner and I were good. The property practically included everything you needed for your stay, from bathroom necessities, hair tools, cooking appliances, etc.

Studio bien situé, décoré avec goût, bien équipé, très fonctionnel. Vue sur le jardin depuis un petit balcon très agréable, ce qui n'est pas fréquent. Accès facile au studio grâce à un code. Supermarché à proximité, c'est très pratique. Par ailleurs, merci à Olivier qui se tient à disposition, qui est vraiment aux petits soins pour ses clients ! Je recommande !

Miejsce było cudowne. Apartament był czysty i świetnie zaopatrzony we wszystko, co mogłoby być potrzebne - nawet maszynkę do popcornu i prostownicę :) Lokalizacja niedaleko centrum w spokojnej okolicy, świetne miejsce wypadowe na całą Niceę, jak i również na złapanie pociągu do Monako. Kontakt z właścicielem bezproblemowy i łatwy, przed przyjazdem otrzymaliśmy wszelkie niezbędne informacje i instrukcje. Stworzył naprawdę cudowny apartament. Jedno z najlepszych miejsc, w których byłam, zdecydowanie polecam!
