The location, the pool, the parking, the breakfast, the views from the room balcony were amazing and the host, Maria was an absolute star and so accommodating.

L'accueil de la propriétaire était très cordial et sympathique, tout était parfait, vaste chambre climatisée, petite terrasse privative, vaste salle de bain comme neuve. Petit déjeuner copieux. Merci Maria.
L'accès est très surprenant, 7 étages à descendre puis 2, tout en ascenseur pas de souci. Pour rejoindre le vieux Nice, laissez la voiture et prenez Uber, 10 min, 12 euros, et retour après minuit cool. Les places de parking sont rares dans la résidence, si on en trouve une on la garde et on prends un taxi, c'est un conseil, je n'ais pas d'actions chez Zuber ou autre.

La propreté, les installations petites mais très fonctionnelles, autant pour cuisiner le matin, que pour pouvoir se préparer. Belle grande salle de bain, piscine pas proche proche,mais agréable. Maria était gentille et pleine d’attention.
Sur emplacement, en hauteur dans une rue étroite, qui monte,monte, en lacets. Pas du tout accessible et facile.
