DISASTER An absolutely unacceptable stay — filthy, unsafe, and completely misrepresented; BE CAREFUL
NOTHING AT ALL - IT WAS A DISASTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
⚠️ WARNING – Extremely serious message to ALL future guests ⚠️ The attached photos speak for themselves (PLEASE ZOOM IN) but key facts are below: The apartment was filthy and unhygienic — visible dust everywhere, strong odor, and dirty bedsheets covered in hair clearly used by previous guests. The bedframe and furniture were covered in grime and dust. We had to wash the sheets ourselves late at night. The listing was misleading — there was no kettle, no table, and not even a single chair despite being advertised as a “fully equipped apartment.” The kitchen was disgusting: cat food, open sauces, and personal items left behind, suggesting someone actually lives there and rents it out occasionally. The bathroom was unacceptable — empty soap and shampoo bottles, only one usable towel for three guests. Lighting was unsafe — only one bulb worked; exposed wires were hanging from the ceiling. The host was unresponsive and dismissive. After I reported the dirt and missing amenities, he disagreed and stopped replying completely. Booking.com’s handling was equally unacceptable — they DO NOT CASE about customers – I even had to contact the CEO and all the top management but they still protect the host, a BIG warning signal for gusts - be careful. This property is unfit for guests and should be immediately removed from Booking.com. My case is now being escalated to the European Consumer Centre Network (ECC-Net), the Netherlands Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM), and my national consumer protection body for formal investigation. Future travelers — PLEASE AVOID this property for your safety, it's a absolute disaster.

入住宿第一晚上就因房東個人問題等到晚上10:20才能入住，我們滿身疲憊又冷又累，外面很暗又害怕，只能在附近飯店外面有光的地方等待屋主處理完事情才能進屋，公寓清潔未完全，不是很好的住宿體驗
地點離日內瓦會議中心有公車可到達很方便
環境清潔不徹底，很多果蠅，床墊無法完全覆蓋床架，還露出床底未清潔的部分。馬桶蓋上還有殘留的糞便⋯⋯
