Comfortable apartment ⁸

Claen comfortable and spacious. Close to trams and airport.

The curtain was falling meant it wouldn't close and lmade the room look a bit uncared for. Could have done with some instructions about the automated blinds as didn't even realise there were blinds in the bathroom until halfway through our stay. All minor issues though.

I didn’t like that the laundry was provided by the external company eeproperty. The minimum account you had to charge to be able to use the machines was 20 CHF and if you had used less after that they didn’t transfer you back all the money and they would charge you 5 CHF for the administrative task which wasn’t mentioned in the first place. Extremely unhappy with it. I stayed 10 days there and I think the apartments should have their own washing machines.

Perfect place to stay for a group , would stay again

It was in a great location. An easy few minute bus ride from the airport and a short tram ride into Geneva. Spotlessly clean apartment with really comfortable beds in a quiet area although plenty of shops bars and restaurants nearby.

A little bit tricky navigating getting into the apartment. You need to go to the side of the building around from the supermarket. No problems with the codes on doors etc though

We did not like the toilet next to the shower in the open plan bathroom - it reminded us of hospital…. The fully digital keys were annoying. Didn’t always have signal on my phone. WiFi was rubbish. There should be let cards available to collect / drop off Towels were very small

Family Friendly Apartment, Home from Home

Great location, very clean and comfortable, family friendly apartment. Highly recommend it for families of 3 to 4 members. Contactless check in was very easy since instructions were clear. The app was helpful also for getting around Geneva. Through the app we also got public transport tickets free of charge upon payment of city tax to use during our stay in Zone 10 Geneva for tram and buses, which was very helpful.

Very comfortable apartment close to shops with easy transport links to airport and into the city.

I should have been sent the keycode when I booked in remotely a few days before but it didn’t arrive, however I called the help number when we arrived at the accommodation and it was sorted very swiftly.

Smell of drains in the bathroom. We reported this and the housekeeping staff came very quickly to try to resolve the issue, however it turns out that it was a problem in the building rather than our apartment and the smell came back 24 hours later.

Instructions could have been more clear as the building is large and confusing. There is a disco downstairs in the same building blasting music throughout the night. The noise in the room is not suitable for getting the rest one would expect.

The building itself was really new and clean. The apartment we stayed in was really nice. Beds were comfortable.

AC was not working in any room and the lights were not working in one of the rooms. I also hated the walk in shower with a wet floor bathroom because that stayed dirty the duration of our stay which isn't how a bathroom should be.

Nice location, uncomfortable bed, kitchen was lacking basics.

Bed was uncomfortable. Laundry is managed by an outside company and very expensive. Kitchen has no basic spices or oils. One fan in the apartment did not keep it cool when the sun shines directly into the room when it’s setting.

Beautiful apartment and comfortable for 4 people!

The room was beautiful and conveniently accessible from the airport via public trams or buses. It was well-equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. There are restaurants located within the same building and several grocery stores nearby, making it easy to find everything you need.

The only downside was the bathroom, which had a very strong and unpleasant odor.

The apartment was great and spacious and had everything you needed. The location was excellent and very close to supermarkets and public transport. The beds were very comfortable. For Geneva it was a good value for money option too. I would definitely stay again.

There could have been better instructions for how to use the stove and other facilities in the apartment. I found that I was asking a lot of questions of the hosts and while responsive, sometimes the responses were a bit slow. There weren't a lot of towels when we arrived and didn't realise that there was only one complimentary cleaning service during our stay. This was a bit of a problem because we had used a lot of our towels to clean up the extra water in the bathroom and had to request this complimentary service earlier. While the apartment was generally clean the inside of the fridge was not so clean when we arrived. There were not many complimentary teabags and coffee capsules given the time we stayed.

Beautiful

Very comfortable and spacious apartment with all necessary amenities, clean and warm. Grocery store, supermarkets and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity as well as a bus and tram stop. Arrival from the airport by bus no. 28 is fast and easy, the stop is in front of the hotel, at the airport we activated wifi and downloaded the entry code, so we didn't need internet when entering the apartment. Access to the Hotel and the apartment was very simple. On the entrance door to the building is the number 63, and above the door is an inscription with the name of the hotel.

Beautiful place, horribly managed.

The new district of Entang is really beautiful. The apartment is new, and the kitchen is superbly equipped. Bed are comfortable.

When we arrived in the middle of the night (with three small children) the code provided was opening the main entrance and the hotel floor, but was not working for our room. We checked everywhere, but we found no way to contact anybody. Even the phone number for problem was saying it was reachable only during working hours. Some people of the district safety tried to help, they could open the room (which was ready) but were not allowed to let us in, and had nobody to contact. They suggested to go to another of the "standard" hotels on the district for the night, contact Nonanteneuf and ask for refunds. So we had to move to another hotel, stay in a very small room not for a family, and received answers from Nonanteneuf only in the morning. They gave us a new room, but they offered only not to make us pay the first night, even admitting it was their fault. Only after our complains they offered also to pay for the night we had to spend in the other hotel. We are still waiting for these refunds (also because we had to pay the stay fully in advance). Additionally, during the stay, we noticed the blinds were not working. This was quite a problem were the sofa bed was placed, were the curtains does not help. We asked for a check, but in the end nobody came before we left. So even if the place is very beautiful, we are not thinking of coming again (we go regularly to Geneva) given how it's managed. In particular we found it incredible that Nonanteneuf does not have nobody on call to be contacted outside working hours, given they have various sites in Swiss.

Appartement spacieux et très bien équipé avec frigo, lave vaisselle, four, fer à repasser… Design épuré et moderne. Appartement très calme malgré la proximité de la voie rapide et de l’aéroport. On a apprécié la proximité avec les magasins et les options de restauration.

Pas fan du concept de ne pas avoir de clé physique ce qui rend l’utilisateur très techno dépendant. L’absence d’un accueil pas rassurant en cas de problème. Contact digital déshumanisé.
