Convenient accommodation near the UN institutions but extremely poor Wi-Fi.

Working with the extremely poor Wi-Fi is almost impossible. Despite complaints, the accommodation provider has not improved the situation during my 2-months stay.

The self check in was not successful for my phone and there was no way to make it work or an alternative. Luckily there was the spare fob/key that I had to use in order to get into my room and lock it, but I was never told about it, I just figured it out myself.

I don't usually write negative reviews, but this place deserves one.

Really nice and furnished rooms, equipped extremely well, good gym.

I stayed in a Deluxe Room, but it was a huge disappointment. The bed was right next to a thin wall, and every time someone entered the floor, the vibration and noise would wake me up — it honestly felt like the wall was made of paper. Even the Standard Room is far better than the Deluxe one. Communication with the staff was only possible by email, and replies took days. When I checked in, the fridge was dirty from previous guests — completely unacceptable. I contacted them via Booking.com on a Friday night and received only an automatic message saying they don’t work on weekends. The actual reply came on Tuesday. The Wi-Fi was unavailable for 2–3 weeks, even though it was clearly mentioned in the booking confirmation. They simply ignored this issue. I also asked several times for my full name (I have two surnames) to be correctly placed on the mailbox — they ignored it every time. The AirKey system failed on Sunday, leaving me locked out of my floor despite having a valid contract and reservation. Finally, during a service check, the staff forgot to lock my door afterwards, leaving it open the entire day while I was at work. Anyone could have entered and stolen my belongings. Overall, the organization and management are extremely poor, and the level of professionalism does not match what you would expect for this price. I would strongly not recommend staying here.

Good to stay, near to airport. 30 mins from city center, bad wifi connection

The property has almost everything you need during your stay. There is a market near to hotel, 5 mins by walk, you are able to buy something to cook. It feels like home.

1. Wifi connection is too bad. Technically you connected, wifi exists, however it's not working. Sometimes text-message on WhatsApp cannot be sent. Although I reported via mail several times, they always respond, issue solved, in reality nothing changed.

Propre. Pratique pour se faire à manger. Salle de sport.

Voici de façon factuelle: - Il s'agit d'un systeme de clé digitale, via une application. J'ai du appeler 3 fois pour que cela fonctionne. - Impossible de fermer la porte avec le systeme de clé digital. Une galère. - il n'y avait pas de badges dans la chambre pour gérer les ouvertures de porte, alors que c'était écrit qu'il y en avait. - La carte des transports : j'ai du encore appeler pour qu'on me l'envoi. Cela est automatique à chaque fois que je viens à Geneve. - Wifi: la connexion est tellement faible que mon tel passait en 5G (qui n'était pas terrible dans ce coin). - les fenetres ne s'ouvrent pas, du coup, impossible de faire rentrer de l'air frais pour aérer. - la poignée de la porte de la douche ne tiens pas. - on ne peut pas ouvrir les fenetres dans la salle de sport : trop chaud, pas d'aeration.

Buena ubicación! Apartamento maravilloso!

El apartamento es muy cómodo, hay todo lo que se necesita para una estancia medio larga como la mía. El personal de la recepción (pero en general todos los que trabajan allí) son muy amables y cordiales! Las instalaciones perfectas, además con un pequeño gimnasio con todo lo necesario para entrenar a gusto.

El wifi funciona mal, es un poco desesperante para quien necesita estar conectado por trabajo, se caía costantemente. Es algo que deberían mejorar sin duda. Unas cuantas mañana hemos sido despertados por el ruido de unas obras que están haciendo en las instalaciones, obviamente se entiende que es algo temporal y no será siempre así pero nos hubiera gustado que nos avisaran en lugar de descubrirlo.

Logement agréable idéal séjour au Palexpo

Personnel à l accueil très agréable et souriante. Chambre très propre literie confortable équipement adapter . Kit de bienvenu idéal à l arrivée . A 5 min à pied du Palexpo accès parfait !

Attention place de parking à réserver a l avance moi je n avais pas reçu le mail . Ils ont quand même su réagir positivement . Des travaux le matin , et connexion internet un peu difficile .

Fantástico apartamento

El apartamento está genial. Todo muy nuevo y de buena calidad y con todo lo necesario para unos días. Está muy bien insonorizado por lo que no se oye nada de fuera. Estuvimos muy a gusto allí.

Único que no nos gustó fue que las ventanas no se puedan abrir. Y por otro lado, que las almohadas son demasiado bajitas para nuestro gusto.

Расположение прекрасное. Дом очень новый и красивый. В квартире есть утюг. Все чисто.

Розетки не подходили под русские вилки, пришлось покупать срочно (искать где, так как персонал не предложил сам купить). Но самое печальное-это было закрытие двери 50 минут, она не закрывалась, а персонал просто не работает после 18, целое мучение и кучу нервов прошла. Мне было холодно, в итоге не помогли, в вотсапе на сообщение никто не ответил как наладить кондиционер. Для входа и ухода обязательно нужен интернет.

Un studio très confortable, avec des meubles de qualité et une décoration moderne, et très bien équipé. Propreté impeccable et excellentes literie et insonorisation. Tout donne l’impression d’être neuf. Les deux grandes fenêtres laissent entrer beaucoup lumière. J’ai passé un agréable séjour dans ce studio.

Il s’agit de détails à revoir (j’ai reçu un message de la compagnie gérante m’invitant à commenter de façon constructive): - pas de meuble ou table pour poser ses affaires de toilettes dans la salle de bain; - la zone dans laquelle se trouve le bâtiment est déserte la nuit et très mal éclairée et l’entrée du bâtiment est mal mmm indiquée (mon taxi à l’arrivée s’est même perdu en provenance de l’aéroport , la route provenant de Pale étant TT et n’a pas pu accédé ej’ai dû trouver - il y a des travaux tout autour du bâtiment

Acomodações impecáveis. Muito conforto e tranquilidade. Localização próxima do aeroporto, fácil acesso de carro ou ônibus. Para demais atrativos na cidade, a acomodação é mais distante, mas o acesso via ônibus bem fácil também.
