Clean, comfortable, and well located. Safe area and helpful staff.

The kitchen is missing some basic utensils.

The apartment location is optimal, right between the Temple of Literature and Mausoleum of Ho Chi Min. The neighborhood is clean and there is a nice supermarket nearby. The interior of the apartment is really nice with a lot of light on the bedroom side. It has everything you can expect of a good airbnb-like: washing machine, microwave, fridge... Many hangers to dry your clothes if needed. The apartment was clean (ok-tier, not perfect). Our host was really nice with us and brought us a bed mat to make the bed less hard. We had a lovely stay with our three children.

Beds are a little bit hard, even with bed mats (but the bed mats were really helpful). No chairs in the kitchen, feeding the children in the kitchen by sitting them on the couch was a bit chaotic, especially for our 18 month baby boy. A pair of small stools would have been nice.

Staff extremely helpful and efficient. Helped us to move luggage, brought a new microwave when we requested. The location is great. Near to many important attractions, so we could walk easily

The apartment is a few metres away from main road in an alleyway, makes it a bit difficult if you have more luggage. Presence of second bed as a joint bed made it difficult to get down from the main bed. Better it is removed.
