The owner is friendly and speaks quite good English. The room was a good size, the bed comfortable, and the bedding clean. There was a convenient desk and chair, and the owner provided an extension with multiple outlets as the nearest wall socket was a bit too far. Wifi was strong and stable.

This homestay is far from the railway station. There are no markings on the building so I had to ask a neighbor. The main problem is that some of the description in Booking.com is inaccurate or out-of-date. It does mention that the bathroom is shared, but this is buried in the small print and not shown upfront as is the norm on Booking.com, which is why I missed it. Some of the information is comically inaccurate. The VND price for parking converts to $381,752 per day: enough to buy a couple of dozen new cars each day. ;-) This information is in serious need of corrections and updating.
