The fact that an 2 day extension was easily managed and all questions were promptly answered via what'sApp was very nice and helpful, as my plans changed from day to day. The apartment is clean and safe and the location is also fantastic.
I came during a special time and was asked to sign additional documents which were in Vietnamese. Hence I initially refused till they sent me a translation so I know what I'm signing. This came first thing after the whole pre-book paypal situation. But while it was stressful at first, the flat itself and everything after was simple

Good location for walking to places. Security guard was very nice.
It needs refreshed and to be deep cleaned. The bed needs a proper mattress as it is just wood.
