Ân Coffee

Super clean and modern, very quiet for being near such a main street. Had everything we needed and more! Host was super nice as well. Definitely recommend

Gab nichts

I stayed in three different properties while in Vietnam in Hanoi and this was my favorite. I am an introverted person who likes cleanliness, a convenient location and solid wifi. This place was perfect. The owners were very kind and it felt like I was renting a brand new apartment. I was ill one day and remained in my room. The next day they sent me a quick WhatsApp message to check on me, which felt very kind. The place is spotless and I think brand new. Everything worked well, and even the dry bath was perfectly leveled so all the water immediately drained away. The AC worked quickly, but please be sure to turn it off before you leave. The apartment is not on an automated service where the electricity turns off when you are away. There is a full size refrigerator and freezer available in the room, a hair dryer, lots of towels and toiletries, and so forth. The bed is on the firm side, but I used the extra comforter as a mattress topper and found it very comfortable. Extremely clean and not a single bug seen. To get the keys, I turned up in the late afternoon at the coffee shop. You will get their WhatsApp as well so you can arrange in advance your arrival time to get the keys as well.

Can't think of anything.

Room and facility.

The host could be more attentive and available on the daily basis. Host was available twice for the entire stay. Room was cold as heater didnt work, requested for blanket which we didn't recieve.
