The apartment is beautifull and very well fournished. Amazing balcony with city and ocean view. Perfect location in the heart of Funchal. All this with a great host, super available and great at making you feel at home.

Der Gastgeber und die Lage ist top. Wir konnten vor der angegebenen Zeit einchecken. Schlüssel befand sich im Schlüsselsafe bei der Eingangstüre. Die Klimanalage ist perfekt positioniert im Zimmer (es zieht nicht!). Das Bett war gut. Strassenlärm bei geschlossenen Fenstern nicht wahrnehmbar. Vom Gastgeber erhielten wir top Restaurantstipps. In der Küche und im Bad war alles vorhanden, was man so benötigt. Kühlschrank hat sogar ein Eisfach. Balkon auch super. Supermärkte und die Altstadt gleich in der Nähe.
Leider gibt es keinen Aufzug, man muss 66 Stufen gehen. Für das Parken mussten wir 5 Euro am Tag zahlen (die Garage war aber nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt). TV gibt es keinen. Ein nicht zuordbares unregelmäßiges Brummgeräusch war vorhanden, hat aber nicht so gestört.
