Beautiful apartment in a great location with a wonderful view. Everything you could possibly need was provided and Carlos, the host, was super helpful with loads of useful information and even a small tour of Funchal pointing out restaurants he recommended, location of supermarkets and other useful places. We would definitely recommend and hope to return soon.

Host’s kind and thoughtful hospitality (especially generous with providing advice and time, and flexible with leaving luggage beyond checkout time). Convenient location for bus transit; proximity to tourist areas. Apartment is spacious and quiet, and has everything one would need for a comfortable homelike stay. Great value for the money.

On a ‘major’ street, although there is not much traffic or traffic noise. Tiny bit of musty odor in the bathroom.

Apartament jest wspaniały! Pięknie urządzony, nieskazitelnie czysty i wyposażony w absolutnie wszystko czego potrzeba, nawet w dwie pary kijków trekkingowych, które na szlakach na Maderze mogą okazać się przydatne. Bardzo blisko do centrum, do sklepów i restauracji. Carlos jest najbardziej uprzejmym gospodarzem jakiego miałam. Zawsze odpisywał na pytania, dał nam mnóstwo wskazówek i pozwolił na wcześniejsze zostawienie bagaży. Kontakt z nim był perfekcyjny, czyliśmy się doskonale zaopiekowani. Polecam apartament z całego serca.
