Très bon emplacement . Proche du centre-ville. Le petit déjeuner servi chez le voisin Mario est agréable.
La rue est circulante. Il y a pas mal de passage et le vitrage n’est pas isolant La cafetière à capsules fuyait la rendant inutilisable. La pièce de vie manque de lumière. Un rafraîchissement serait bienvenu. Impressionnant stock de biscottes et thé 🤷‍♀️

Die Unterkunft besitzt eine tolle Lage, mitten in der Altstadt von Funchal. Von dort aus sind zu Fuß viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen. Der Vermieter Edgar ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Außerdem ist die Möglichkeit im Rusticus zu frühstücken sehr angenehm.
Das Bett war für zwei Personen zu schmal.

perfect location, comfort bed, clean and nice, reality the same as on the photos, well equipped kitchen, washing machine available, spacious, good and fast contact with the owner, delicious sandwiches for breakfast plus coffee/tea (no other choice)
no cleaning, nor towels changing during whole stay (4 days), difficulty with drying clothes (December), breakfast not available during bank holidays and weekends (no information on website), might be noisy at night with windows open, difficulty with parking place on the street in vicinity but near by paid parking available (just Google where)
