We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Its central location made everything incredibly convenient and easy to access, which really enhanced our experience. The apartment itself was spotless and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, making it comfortable. Great place to stay while visiting Madeira :)
We did experience a small issue with the doors and keys on the first day, as we initially couldn’t get the door open. However, the owners responded very quickly and came to assist us, which we really appreciated.

Nice location, within east walking distance to the old town and seafront. Quiet building, very very clean and comfortable apartment. A good base for our stay.
A few little utensils in the kitchen are needed such as baking trays for the oven, and maybe a jug

L'appartamento era molto pulito, la cucina fornita di tutto il necessario per cucinare, abbiamo anche trovato olio e caffè solubile. Il terrazzino con un tavolino per mangiare è stato apprezzatissimo, siamo riuscite a sfruttarlo anche a dicembre nei giorni in cui ha fatto un po' di freschino. La posizione comodissima per visitare Funchal a piedi.
Un suggerimento: metterei da subito a disposizione degli ospiti una coperta più pesante (noi l'abbiamo chiesta e avuta subito!) e qualche prodotto per pulire, ma nulla di rilevante :)

Die Ferienunterkunft hat eine fantastische Lage und der Balkon bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf Funchal und das Meer. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, sodass es an nichts fehlt. Das Bett war sehr bequem und dank des Fahrstuhls ist auch der fünfte Stock problemlos erreichbar. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft für einen entspannten Aufenthalt!
Herausfordernd war lediglich, dass Mülltrennung verlangt wurde, aber nur ein Mülleimer in der Küche vorhanden war. Zudem waren die Barstühle am Esstisch etwas wacklig – da wir aber meist draußen gegessen haben, war das kein großes Problem. Die fehlende Klimaanlage war im Frühling unproblematisch, könnte im Sommer jedoch eine Herausforderung sein.
