Welcome to our centrally located property, located just off Burford High Street in Sylvester Close. This property offers 4 double bedrooms, 2 lounges and 2 bathrooms making it ideal for larger groups and families looking for comfort and convenience. Relax in lounge with a wood fire burner or soak up the sun on the patio in the summer.

Bedroom 1 (King Sized Bed), double cupboard
Bedroom 2 (Double Bed) , bedside chest of draws, doors that lead to the patio garden
Bathroom - with shower, toilet and basin. The shower provides warm water on demand
Lounge - seating for 6, log burner, smart TV
Dining seating 6 -7 people at the table and two additional at the kitchen bar area.
Upstairs
Bedroom 3 - Double Bed, hanging space, chest of drawers, bedside vanity table.
Bedroom 4 - Small Double Bed, bedside table, vanity table
Lounge Area - seats 5 with racks of games. No TV upstairs.
Bathroom - bath with shower in bath. basin and toilet. This has a 150L boiler and serves the upstairs bathroom. It is fine for 2 continuous showers but it is not advisable to use the bath if you have a large group as you would need to wait for the water to heat up again.
