Overall good stay with few improvements required.

Location is very good, very near to supermarkets and local amenities. Ample space and rooms. Neat and clean. Heating was very good. Had huge parking space. Checkin checkout was very smooth and comfortable.

Only few Kitchen cutleries were provided, could add in more cups, plates, spoons and sauce pans. In one bathroom shower, there was only hot water supply, could not use it for shower.

Value for money, good location if you are busting the Clarkson trio

Spacious, warm and quite well equipped. Close to The Farmer’s Dog which we were booked for a meal at. Apart from fridge, the house seemed clean and tidy, perfect for a group of people.

The fridge was dirty inside and out, lots of old cream spilled on a shelf and not cleaned so smelled bad. Bins were over flowing but looked more like old bedding rather than rubbish. If I was staying longer than a night I’d have wanted better garden furniture.

The location

It was filthy dirty there was lots of mould in bathroom the kitchen cupboards were falling apart there was food in the microwave from previous people, 2 mugs but sleeps 8 the plate we had to wash before use and the garden was very tatty, I have complained to booking.com but the link they send wouldn’t let me upload my pictures as evidence totally disappointed with the owners and booking.com

There’s basic supplies in the kitchen and bathroom, clean rooms and enough bathroom and toilets. Ideal for large families and friends holiday.

Unique deco, kitchen drawers cannot shut properly, scratch pots and pans.
