You`ll also find a second primary suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, two additional bedrooms each with a king bed, and another bedroom with a comfortable queen bed.

✔Please be aware that a Burn Ban may be announced at any time by the community. While the fire pit is one of the key highlights of this property, it’s crucial to follow all burn ban regulations strictly. Failure to do so may result in fines from the community, which guests will be responsible for. We will keep you informed in real time should any such announcements occur during your stay.

Our neighbors are vigilant and may report any disturbances. We kindly ask that you respect the home, its furnishings, quiet hours, and the surrounding community to ensure a positive experience for everyone.

📢 POOL USE AND SAFETY
The private pool is available seasonally, from May 1 to October 1. It will remain closed outside of these dates. The pool is heated to a comfortable 80°F at no additional cost. If you prefer a warmer temperature (up to 85°F), we offer an optional heating upgrade for $50 per day. Please let us know in advance if you`d like to add this so we can have everything ready before your arrival. During the summer months (June through August), additional heating is usually not necessary, as the water naturally stays warm. While we’ll do our best to resolve any pool heating issues quickly, please note that refunds cannot be issued for intermittent malfunctions.

📢 By booking, guests agree they are solely responsible for their own safety and that of their group when using any of the amenities—including the pool, hot tub, fire pit, swing set, and lake access. Use at your own risk.
