A 5 bedroom 3 bathroom house in a gated community that is right next to a lake and 2 minute walk away from a tennis court, basketball court and playground. The house also has an entertainment area on the first floor with multiple arcade games and a poker table to have fun with your family/friends. All bedrooms are spacious and have amazing and clean beds that will help you get a good night's sleep. The house also has 2 Porches that are fully furnished with a outdoor grill on the top poarch good for BBQ

The Tobyhanna property had everything we needed for our weekend in the Poconos. All rooms inside the house have been renovated and the new lower deck on the back is spacious for groups. Plenty of parking for our group who had some different schedules and were coming in at different times. The sun does rise beautifully on the water and the back deck provides wonderful views with coffee in the morning. Be sure to follow all instructions for check in, as you are required to check in with the welcome office for a parking pass before you go to the house. This is a requirement for many of the developments in this area. Here is the location to get your parking pass: 123 Country Pl Dr, Tobyhanna, PA 18466. We used the kitchen to cook large meals for our full group of 12 adults. We used this house as a central location for our events; riding ATVs, Mountain View Vineyard, White water rafting, and the Casino. Overall, we were very satisfied with out stay here.
