AMAZING house on the lake! Worked very well for our 3 generation family of 12 w/ beds to spare. House is very updated and clean w/ large dining table to fit all and same for outdoor dining (deck off kitchen). The kayaks and row boat were great and we brought our own paddle boards. We appreciated the ability to get to lake/ground level from inside stairs, not just outdoors (impt for elderly parents).The game room was ideal for our teenagers! Lots of ping pong/pool when weather was rainy. Great for many ages with many different areas to hang out. Firepit/smores hit the spot at night and I loved that it had pavers around it- not on the grass or super close to trees so we didn't get eaten alive by bugs. Showers are spacious with great rain shower heads /strong water pressure.AC worked well and house stayed cool. Hot tub also a big hit! The only slight negative thing I could say is there could be more seating in the large living room. If your group will be split up (kids downstairs) not a problem but a little tough for us to watch World Cup games while getting meals ready etc. We brought in dining chairs to watch together. That being said, it's really a fantastic house! Bring water shoes for lake. it not being a very large body of water, it isn't perfect for swimming, but we still floated around to cool off. HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE! Eugene's response time to questions beforehand was amazing and literally not one problem during stay Bring beach towels and enjoy!

Our grandchildren had a great time. There were so many options for them to pick from that they didn't want to go home when the vacation was over. Communication response was very fast.

Nice house but not set up for large groups the way you would think a 6 bedroom house would be. There is room for maybe 6 people to sit comfortably on the couch and love seat in the family room but no additional chairs other than the wood dining room seats. This meant it was quite difficult go get our group together anywhere comfortable. The kitchen was not equipt to cook a meal for 14 people, plenty of plates and glasses for take out but difficult to make even breakfast for a large group
