About this house rental
Fully equipped home is on a quiet street close to everything. SLEEPS 26! Few minutes from community pool, playground, tennis and basketball courts, dog park and lake front beach. Approximately 10-20 min away from Camelback Mountain, Mount Airy Casino, Kalahari, Great wolf Lodge, shopping outlets, vineyards and many other attractions.
The House features a firepit (firewood included), 2 65inch tv's, Full Game room. New Kitchen and bathrooms plus much more.
What is included: we want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible and are supplying everything you could want and need during your stay.
General: Fresh sheets and towels for all guests (crib sheet NOT included), trash bags, paper towels, dish Soap, hand Soap, Laundry detergent.
All cooking utensils: pots, pans, baking sheets, grill accessories, corkscrews, cutting boards etc.)
Dishware/flatware: full knife set, knives, forks, spoons, plates, bowl's, cups, drinking glasses, shot glasses, wine glasses, serving bowls and serving dishes.

Nice and clean, looks like pictures. Will book for future fam vacations. The checking time was pushed back we had to wait for it to be cleaned that was the only negative in the whole trip but manager was willing to compensate.

The house is beautiful! All of the bedrooms are big, and the beds are very comfortable. The set up is: 3 bedrooms on the main level (the two grey ones with the queen beds and bunk beds, and the tan room). The lower level has the other 5, 3 of them are right by the stairs, the pink room is down the hall right before the game room, and the room with the 2 sets of bunk beds is off the game room. the lower level has 2 full bathrooms off the hall way. The upper level has one off the hallway, just past the common living area, and the 4th bathroom is off one of the bedrooms. The shower in the upper level hall (blue tile all glass) is something out of a dream fantasy! Hot water that lasts forever and water pressure that is seriously impressive. Everyone else said that the other showers were just as awesome, but I was too impressed with that one to try any of the others. The house also has plenty of pans, including baking sheets, and dishes. My grandchildren LOVED having their own rooms, as did all of us adults. There are 2 large TVs (living room and gaming room). Internet and cell service was great! There are games and puzzles, although it appears that previous guests weren't very respectful in putting away the games and puzzles. Games including: Bingo, jenga, battleship, twistler, candyland, guess who, sorry, clue, and others. I highly recommend this house, and hope to return next year. The owner, Yuiry, was very responsive to any questions we had.

There are a few things on this listing that are not accurate or that have been left out. So wanted to share for those considering this property for their vacation. For reference, we stayed early August with family, 2 grandparents, 7 adults and 5 kids under 4. This house has been renovated yes, but has lots of wear to it. The downstairs, was a good 12 degrees cooler than the rest of the house, which caused us to have to double layer clothing and bedding. The front steps into the house are starting to separate from the house and are at a slant, which made it a bit unsteady for the little ones and the grandparents.
The house in in a very large gated community, with a varying of rentals and permanent residents. There are several houses that are well-maintained and lots that are not. We were not impressed with the neighborhood. The backyard is right on a busy road with lots of noise. Making it unsafe for the young kids to play, since there is no fence. The grass was not cut and there were several items in the yard that made it uninviting to use the fire pit.
We had several issues while we were there and Yuriy was very quick to respond and resolve them. Like the couch breaking twice, with someone falling through it and having a new one delivered. And the front-load washer seal being covered in mold and mildew.
For the cost of this property, we did not feel it was a fair value. And would have been the same price to just have stayed at a resort instead.
