We`re no more than 15 minutes away from all attractions including Kahalari, Camelback Mountain, Mt Airy Golf Course & Casino, Vineyards, Big Pocono State Park, The Crossings Shopping Outlets and much, much more! You can walk into town in a few minutes and go to a convenience store or stop by one of the many restaurants in the area.

✔For VRBO or direct bookings, please note that even if a cancellation qualifies under the cancellation policy, the 10% payment processing fee is non-refundable. This is due to the fact that we use external payment processors like Stripe, which do not refund processing fees.

While the fire pit is one of the key highlights of this property, it’s crucial to follow all burn ban regulations strictly. The Property Management Company (“Manager”) does not own, keep, or control any animals permitted on the premises and shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by any animal belonging to a guest, occupant, or invitee. Guests may bring pets onto the property only if permitted in writing by Manager or the Property Owner and only under the condition that the guest assumes full responsibility and liability for the behavior, supervision, and control of such animals.
The guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Property Owner and Manager, and their respective officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:
-Any injury or damage caused by an animal kept or brought onto the property;
-Any failure to comply with local animal control or leash laws; or
-Any violation of the property’s pet policy or house rules.
Manager is not required to inspect, control, or monitor the presence or behavior of any animal on the premises. If Manager becomes aware of an aggressive or dangerous animal, Manager may immediately remove or require removal of the animal and/or terminate the guest’s occupancy without refund.
Guests are encouraged to carry personal liability coverage through their homeowner’s, renter’s, or travel insurance policies for potential animal-related incidents.

I stayed here with 4 families and kids. It has fun for all ages. The kids loved the upstairs kids fun zone and the adults loved the secret prohibition-themed room in the basement. It is a short ride to Camelback where we had a great time tubing. The outdoor back patio is also a great hangout spot with the fire pit and the hot tub. The bedrooms were all nice with comfy beds. I would definitely stay again.

Every year i invite my team out for an extended weekend retreat as a way to bring us all together outside of the work walls. This year I chose to go back up to the Poconos and we couldn’t have picked a better house. The place was amazing with tons of room and of course the hidden prohibition room was a fan favorite. Thanks again for the wonderful time.

We traveled to the Poconos for a mid-winter break with 3 total families. It fit 12 of us easily and gave both the adults and kids places to have their fun! The kids had the BEST time with the slide and games. They also loved the separate kids area on the 3rd floor. The adults really loved the basement. All of us were also so impressed with the location to everything we needed! We were able to make it to snowtubing in about 15 minutes. We would absolutely recommend this house for some winter fun!

Rich & Tom, you’ve outdone yourself. You’ve built something incredible, I can’t help but recall the joy my nieces, nephews and children your house brings them. It’s everything I wanted as a kid, who the heck didn’t want a sick slide in their house. The throwback NBA Jam and Pac-Man gives us early millennials a chance to relive our youth. I’m quickly reminded of my age as I walked into the SpeakEasy and poured myself a cold one and shot pool with my relatives. I sometimes offer suggestions after I stay somewhere, in this case I’m offering nothing, the Green House is perfect, the attention to detail wins Best In Show. Thank You Rich and Tom, any question we had was immediately answered. And The Pocono Rock Climbing was right up our alley with it being a block away. I can’t tell you how grateful I am. See you soon.
