About this house rental
Rental of an independent, furnished house for 4 people, located 700 meters from the sea (Trestraou Beach) and 400 meters from the center of Perros-Guirec.
Fully equipped cottage, in a quiet area, with a sea view. Ideal for 2 couples or 1 couple + 2 children.
- Parking space available on the street (in high season, these spaces are highly sought after)
- Terrace with tables and chairs
- Balneotherapy (indoor Nordic bath)
- Kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine / tumble dryer) + plancha, raclette machine, air fryer
- 1 double bedroom with a Queen size bed (160 x 200 cm), high-quality bedding (linen available on REQUEST)
- 1 double bedroom or 2 persons (possibility to combine beds into a large one) (linen available on REQUEST)
(Each bedroom has its own sink)
- Baby cot and high chair available (sheets not provided)
- 1 bathroom with a large shower (soap, shower gel, and shampoo provided)
- 2 separate WCs
Location: In Brittany, in the Côtes d'Armor, centrally located on the Pink Granite Coast, with beautiful landscapes, promising pleasant holidays and wonderful walks.
Close to "Trestrignel" beach and the marinas of Perros-Guirec, 10 minutes by car from Lannion, 15 minutes by car from Trégier.
Nearby: Trégastel, Trébeurden, Ploumanac'h (voted France’s favorite village in 2015), the 7 Isles Nature Reserve, GR 34 (customs path), Bréhat Island, Paimpol.
Proximity to: Beaches, shops, thalassotherapy center, fitness center, equestrian centers, skydiving school, golf, tennis, sailing, windsurfing, surfing school, restaurants, casino, cinema, children's miniature port, and many other activities.
